I am metabolically incapable of absorbing fats properly, leading my body to burn through its reserve of fat. Without proper medication I start hemorrhaging weight. I lost 30 pounds last fall and it wasn't by choice. Oh, and I can't drink anything with caffeine, carbonation, lactose, or alcohol.

It's the culture, 49% of women and 44% are obese in Malaysia (where Gary is from). This alters the perception of what a healthy body looks like because the average is overweight. So a skinny looking person would be viewed as underfed when actually they are better off.

You feel skinny? I feel fat. Although its not really a lot of fat. Mostly muscle. 351 pounds and 296 of that is probably vital organ, bone and muscle. You want the rest? Anyone want my fat? It's for sale for cheap. I don't need it, but anyone who's feeling skinny sure does. I like when people aren't skin and bones. When they are too skinny I worry about them.
