Well, now that that's taken care of...

Rather hope for a good looking Nocturne accent from the event.

Most of the skin submissions I've seen are just gradients or rip-offs from previous festivals (looking at you, male Spiral that's chopped in half)

I didn't scroll through much of the submission, but from what i saw, many were lackluster. Though part of that could be just that I care for so few dragon breeds.

On an unrelated note, bred this girl today.



Finally have all the Obs/Obs/- Basic/Basic/Circuit dragons I wanted. The bios of all of them tie-in together and go in order to tell a story of them and a battle against my clan. As noted by the third icon on the side, they're all dead.

I want to make an accent for my Spiral girl, Vipress since she is based off my naga character. And I think the pattern would be cool to have.

Thanks! Well, I wrote my clan lore in little brief notes, so it's a more... detached, I guess you could say. Yours is a bit more personal, which is nice.

I finally got around to making my dergs super fancy bios. I don't have like lore or anything so it's just cool things the character said, which vary from super deep and meaningful stuff about helping others, to "I'm getting tired of your BULL**** lol".

I have literally never heard anyone using twat as the first definition in my life. It's like censoring people for saying "ho ho ho, merry Christmas!" or "what a cute little pussy cat", because they have innocuous words in them that might be used for *gasp* swearing!

Why don't they just deal with it when it's actually used in an offensive context?

EDIT: Jesus Christ, is it really that bad of a term in America? In that case, my bad, but in this part of Canada it's as bad as the word "twit". Maybe because of British influence.

Yeah. They should probably uncensor it. Though idk, I'm the person that gets pissed whenever a person uses a word because of it's warped definition, like "Retard" or "Queer". When it can very well offend someone that has such illness you know?

Edit: Idk if it's really bad in the US, but I often use the word "twit", thinking that it's less offensive than "twat". Though I know that Twat was uncensored in Conker's Bad Fur Day N64. So I don't really know.

I don't care much about the word "retard" (although I don't use it, because I know a lot of people who are bothered by it).

But "queer" confuses me, particularly when gay people use it to describe themselves like it's a 'reclaimed word' or whatever that's supposed to mean. Especially when it's still used as an insult. I mean, one definition is an offensive slang for homosexuals, the other one means strange. Neither definition is flattering. I don't get it.

What, dick? For some reason, it's perceived that way. Fanny is super rude in Britain, but could be said anywhere in America without any weird looks. Guess the same goes for the C word.

Yes, dick. Is dick sexist? If so, then it makes sense that the C word is as well, but I still don't see why it's worse. I'd rather we just treat everything like it's already equal.
