I see my father hitting my sister with the belt and her retaliating by using kung fu because she'd trained in the mountains for years when she'd run away from home and we'd all thought her dead and once she returned we thought things would be peaceful but my father turned to the drink even more than he already had in his previous years and it made him incredibly violent, so after the battle between my father who actually was not our real father and turned out to be a robot, me and my sister flee and we run to italy, somewhere we'd always wanted to go and we meet a beautiful young woman of whom I fall in love and it turns out that people are being turned into robots and the real humans being replaced are being storage in a large cage near the center of the earth and so all three of us go there to save my father but there's suspicion the girl is a robot and I can't believe it but then we kiss and it turns out she's not a robot but it then turns out my evil twin brother is in fact in charge of the whole operation and I fight him and then we free our dad whilst I'm fighting him and then I kick him in the nuts and he loses and then we eat some brownies.

Actually while he does take off his pants (keeps underwear on thank god) and his shirt it isn't because he likes the cold and always gets hot.
The real reason is a spoiler, but let's just say as he was learning ice maker magic his female teacher said he had to be one with the cold if he were to control ice maker magic. Then he got the weird habit due to his teacher having him strip down during training so he can truly understand the cold
