At the time when I made an account on here, my main YouTube account's name, ElephantAndSpyroFan, was more important to me than AvatariDragon, so I was going to use that as my username on here. However, the name was too long, so I decided to use my back-up name. Once again, it sounded cool anyway so I was pretty happy with my choice.

So there you have it.

Shadow the Hedgehog and Mew from Pokemon were my two favorite characters back then. smilie A lot of people imagine a "Shadow Mew" as in a dark Mew when they see my name, but I clarified by designing my avatar shortly afterwards. Also, I thought it sounded cooler with an X at the end.

It was a reference to a book series I was super into at the time, and it seemed appropriate for a dragon forum. Also all the other names I came up with were too long.

Back in 2012, Skylanders was a big thing and most users around that time had skylander based usernames. I was much more immature back then and decided to spell my name with all lower case letters which if I had the choice I'd definitely change it with a capital letter. Skylanders was really popular as it was just after the year Skylanders: Spyro's Adventure released and all the hype. You can obviously tell that my favorite skylander was/is whirlwind and to make it sound more "official" I took the obsession too far and added "fan" to show my obsession with the unicorn/dragon character. I'm not a Skylanders fan as I stopped playing after the first game and then didn't bother collecting the rest. I'm no longer a whirlwind fan so I definitely chose a regretful username that I surprisingly kept for 3 years without making a new account.

My mind was stuck with my OC BlackWing. but that was taken so I added 2 1's and a 6.

If I re-joined 3 weeks later on here I seriously would've tried coming up with something better than this.

Well, i had another account named Samzur, what is my general username around the web. But that account got nicely ****ed over. So i made this account. Back when i did it, i had obsession over DevilDriver and Soulfly. I tought that i might as well call my account Soulfly. Sounds cool.

your username always reminded me of super paper mario, like the pixls, but your name is spelled differently

anyway i am named after the SECOND BEST DUB of dragon ball z, named because piccolo was referred to as big green for some reason

It's just my old username from Wikipedia that I decided to use everywhere. The actual name came from trying to tell my friends my first username, StormDragon26(random number generator), and I accidentally told them it was "StormDragon21". I just kept the username because it had a nice ring to it.

As far as (The)Pylorian goes[what I use elsewhere], the tl;dr is it was a name I used for a Luxray that I liked.

Back in junior high I got interested in Fanfic writing and wanted a self-insert character but wanted a Japanese name for it. Got the name "Seiki Tanaka" from the credits to the anime series DNAngel, I think he's an animator or something. The name Seiki has become a bit of an alter-ego so to speak with the character evolving into far more than just a self-insert for a fanfic into a full OC.
