I have so many per day, that it would take forever to list them all.

Just at soccer practice, I tried to kick the ball, which was out in the open, and I missed it by about a foot.

I once went to school in crocs...

I tripped on a chair at school once.

I thought my class ring was gone and i spent like half an hour trying to find it until i finally realized it was still on my finger.

I was in gym last year and we were playing matball (It's kind of like kickball but with mats instead of plates and you don't have to run each time someone kicks. There are also a few other different things). It was my turn to kick the ball and I ended missing the ball and flipped on my back. It was kind of like what happens to Charlie Brown when Lucy holds up the football for him in Peanuts. My whole class was there and I was so embarrassed!

I'm guilty of this too

I was trying to write a passage in Chinese for class. My teacher let us use sources like Google Translate, but I didn't want to because I thought it'd be too unreliable. So I used an online Chinese dictionary.
…Turns out it was Japanese. I was so embarrassed… ;~;

This isn't my own derp moment, but one time my cat ran into the glass sliding door.

I have done that many times.

I thought my project got deleted (as in me not saving it and exiting) but it didn't. I went so crazy though.
