You choose what you want to believe, and you decided to take the wrong path because I hurt your feelings before. I don't want this to be public, but if you're not going to respond, then I may as well vent it here.
You literally think I'm a scumbag because you don't trust me and think that I'm lying to you about certain things, when I'm not.
I guess it would be cool to announce that with all the stress that I've built up and tell you the problems I'm facing
My brothers cancer is becoming a struggle each day for him
My sister is a manipulative piece of **** and is an abuser
I'm yelled and screamed at every night because I'm apparently a perfect image of my father
I don't ever get to seey father
I'm afraid to go get checked at the Dr for massive side pains and un natural bruises and blood in other spots that'd been going on since last July
I can't afford school and am deathly afraid of student loans, and my mother and sibling is treating me like crap for not transferring to uni
My life is going no where
I am very self aware of my image and figure. My skin isn't perfect. I hate my hair. I can't decide if I want to shave KT all off or grow it because it looks cool. I hate how pale I am. I am on an insane diet to further enhance my figure
It's hard to deal with this

If she doesn't want to talk to you, leave her be. It's even worse to publicly say stuff like that. If she wants to be left alone, leave her alone.

Zer0dch im sorry you have to go through that. It sounds terrible. But you treated me like **** constantly and then kept on appologising for it. But then going back to being a dick and acting like you have some sort of control over me. I doubted you only because what you said didnt made sense to me. Also i never knew how badly your life sucks so you cant bring that up now so suddenly

I told you I didn't want you knowing what went on, but you kept insisting. It didn't make sense because I promised that I wouldn't tell anyone. It was a huge invasion of my privacy. Although, to try and keep you satisfied I gave you smwll hints and tidbits of information. Can't that be enough? And yet you don't trust me, all because someone else " seems nice ". I don't get why you would even trust them over your best friend....

Listen, I feel for you, I really do. But as stupid as it sounds, you have to get back up and keep fighting. Life can be a terrible thing, but if you fight back against the horrors it throws at you, you'll end up stronger in the long run.
So, with that, let's see how you can handle these situations:
You're brother's cancer, terminal or not, is an obstacle you both have to face. Bond with him if he means anything to you. If he lives, he'll remember how you were supportive in his darkest hour. If not, you learn how to deal with loss.
Then get the hell away from your sister. You need to cut the toxic people from your life or you'll never be happy.

If it's a custody thing, I assume you're above 18, then go see him anyways. It's your right. If it's not, if he's in jail or something, try everything you can to see him, and then tell him everything that's happened.
Seriously, scared or not, go to the doctor. Stuff like that is really serious, and could be signs of something really bad.
Sometimes, to take the better path, you have to do things you don't want to make those ends meet. I would get a loan, if I were in your position, and a job too. If you have the time, using money from your job to pay off some of the loan each month should take most of this off your conscious. And plus, it's YOUR decision, they don't dictate where you go to college.
If you keep thinking like your life is going nowhere, it will be. Think about the positives. I know it's hard, but you've already overcome such great adversity, based on what you've already said. Focus on what's you've overcome.
I used to have these exact same problems, but then my friend told me to take a post it note and write all the things you like about yourself and what others like about you on it, and put it where you'll see it every morning. The first few mornings it'll seem like a cruel reminder of your flaws, but it'll start to work in time.
I know the feeling of all your friends leaving too well. Just focus on the few people in your life that YOU really care about, and see if they care about you the same way.
Then talk to us on dS. Talk to your best friend you know you can trust. If you can, talk to your dad. It'll help all these terrible thoughts out of your head.
