that is the point, regular pet-vac= normal jet-vac. power punch pet-vac = full blast jet-vac. also does the power punch pet-vac have a special attack or something? I know the full blast jet-vac has the "full blast" wow pow.

nope, hes just a mini S1 jet-vac in terms of upgrades.
