I remain beside Sybil and Bonnie, but say nothing, to avoid embarrassing, Sybil. I may love her, but I don't know if she feels the same way. I will wait for her to approach me, on her own.

Royal walks beside Warren, ensuring him that he is safe. His fierce golden eyes gleam in the light. He places a wing over the vulture as they sit down under a tree.

As Sybil walked towards Rose, she looked at Bonnie, who was still upset with Rose. However, she accepted her request to talk.
"We'll talk... but back home. And you Mr. Sayan, this concerns you too." the female warbler said, as she flew towards the direction of the neighboring tree, and determined to make Rose see how she goofed it off with Sholeh. She wanted Sayan to be witness, considering his growing influence on the Haven and his role as Rose's guardian.

Sybil was alone now, just what Warren was expecting, but with Royal there, there could be trouble.
"Monsieur Royal, can we speak later? I... I need to tell Mademoiselle Sybil something... in private." Warren confessed, nervously heading towards Sybil.

"Warren, hey, what gives?" Sybil asked kindly, and rather playfully, having grown fomd of the vulture. She had even forgotten about the nasty grasping. Warren was shaking violently, and afraid that Royal could be spying, he started to whisper. Whatever he was telling, it was shocking Sybil. It could be seen in her face. Warren was speaking with difficulty, since he was sure ge was betraying his beloved Sholeh, but was too worried about her to let that dreadful secret plan of her take place...

When finally reaching the tree, Bonnie arranged a meeting between her neighbors. They only took a few minutes flying to the ground and forming a circle, along Rose and Sayan, and Bonnie in the middle.
"Finally we are here. But know this miss Rose, whatever we talk about here, stays only between all of us." Bonnie made her promise, before finally speaking again.
"Miss Rose, we are all fully aware that Sybil came from hiding, and that everyone knows that she's still alive. However, you are the matriarch of the Haven. You are still in charge. AND you are responsible for that... mongoose's stay." Bonnie said in a speech, with whispers and murmurs around.
"Now then, we know you are still young and naive, but that thing... that mongoose... she's too dangerous. You already know that, don't you? If you tie her up for a few days only to set her free later, she will return to her old ways. Please, I already paid the price for that blind faith of yours, don't make others go though the same. Either you keep that mongoose contained permanently or banish her." Bonnie finished, with murmurs still going on. Like most of her companions, she didn't want to give Sholeh the most severe of punishment, even after what she has done. She realized it was immoral and barbaric. But she didn't want her around either. The tension was building up as they all waited for Rose to make her decision...

Bonnie could see Rose's apology was genuine. However, she was willing to forgive her, under one condition;
"Fine Miss Rose. It is understandable. Just like that Komodo dragon, the mongoose will be permanently chained." Bonnie declared, already feeling like the authority of her fellow warblers."
"What about the vulture?" a younger female asked, already knowing about Sholeh's alliance with Warren.
"True that. I've heard this vulture is extremely loyal to that monstrous mongoose. He could free her." Bonnie pointed out, but the grudging elderly warbler for earlier steped into the circle and assume Bonnie's role in that meeting.
"Simple. We will chain him as well. We can't risk anything." he said, wuth the others agreeing, even though Warren hasn't done anything.
"It is settled then young Rose? Those two will be tied up... permanently. We had too much suffering like this in the past. No more. And no more risking... oh, and just in case, warn those two that if they ever try to escape, it's the death penalty for them." the elder cruelly said, being the only one among his fellow warblers who wanted those two, especially Sholeh, dead. This put the warblers in uproar...

"Cairo what!?" Bonnie exclaimed in surprise, and the warblers started to murmur in awe. Neither of them knew that, and were in shock. Cairo was tough, but a big softy deep inside, and find too unbelievable that he would recur to such methods. The elder, however, was pleased with that information, and now knew how to get rid of the troublesome mongoose should she start causing trouble again. But, he pretended to be more interested in the vulture.
"Young Rose, you seem to have a bit of faith in this vulture. Of course, these ugly birds are only dangerous to the dead, so there shouldn't be any trouble. Nevertheless, if he is too loyal to the mongoose as Bonnie claims, he will share her punishment. For now, we will all take turns keeping an eye on him for a while." the elder suggested, with the other warblers agreeing that was the best thing to do.

"I shall do the first watch." The elder offered himself, having actually grown curious about this notorious vulture.

Rose didn't need to worry about the rope thing at least, since Whirlpool did a difficult, yet masterful chain out of the spare lianas that remained from the previously captive birds. But he did only one, which he doubted he could repeat it again since his long claws made it difficult to put the lianas and knots together.
"It's alright Whirlpool. We only need one." Sybil said kindly, watching how hard it was for the poor wombat to create that long chain.
"Can you stay for a while more just in case?" she asked, with Whirlpool obliging. It wasn't like he had anything important to do back home, and he appreciated the exitement in all that. With all settled, it was time to head to Sholeh's tree and get her ready for her punishment...

"Agreed. Kindness can go a long way and perhaps.. perhaps it can save him.," Sayan said nodding in agreement.

The warblers flew away, ending the meeting, and a few of them escorting te still grievous Bonnie. The elder flew away in another direction, ready to find Warren. Vultures are huge, ugly birds in his opinion, so he shouldn't be difficult to track.

Sybil and Whirlpool were heading to Sholeh's home, while the former was very worried about what Warren told him earlier. To actually tell her that when he was so loyalto Sholeh, it took courage and even nobility.
"Here we are Whirlpool." Sybil said, as they arrived. There was no sign of Sholeh. Whirlpool volunteered to find her, and left. But before she could do it also, Sholeh appeared. She was on top of her tree, feasting on lizards again.
"Well well, you're finally here." she said climbing down, as she munched on an unfortunate lizard.
"Why, I'm surprised you didn't hide or run away. You haven't even steal any more eggs." Sybil said, in some disbelief.
"I already told you it wasn't me!" Sholeh said furiously, still denying it.
"But I see I can't convince you otherwise. Anyway, as you can see dear Sybil, I love my home too much. You can tie me, lock me up, whatever, but I stay here, even if the likes of you want to obstruct my freedom." Sholeh lectured, meaning to offend Sybil. However, Sybil wasn't as easily offended as before, and proceeded to tie the chain around Sholeh's neck, and as an extra precausion, additional knots around her front paws to prevent her escape. To her utter surprise, the mongoose didn't struggle at all, but of course, that was because she believed Warren was going to be on her side all the time and will help her have things her way...

Jaerl has returned to his and Sybil's home. Laying back down, he decides to take a nap. His silvery blue eyes close.

Royal does not follow Warren, honoring his privacy. Instead he return to his tree beside the warblers' tree, to watch over them. His fierce golden eyes gleam in the brilliant sunlight.

There was quite a commotion inside the warbler's neighboring tree. It was quite a disaster. Even though the elder was watching Warren and Sholeh was probably going to be punished that day, they still didn't like the idea of having her live there. If she was banished, she would probably resume her mad quest for revenge, but if she stayed, she was going to devour their unborn hatchlings. Even with a punishment, the warblers very much doubted she was going to change. But most of them didn't want to recur to such a barbaric method such as a death penalty, even if they now had a way now. They were all at a loss to what was best...

Bonnie could't take it. She left the tree for some peace and quiet, and the sparkle of Royal's eyes gave him away.
"Good afternoon Mr. Royal. I hope you are not bothered by the noise." she said, excusing her neighbors and hoping to have a little talk with Royal to forget her distress. Royal was very well known among the warblers, since it was thanks to him that the mongooses stopped invading, though she wondered if he already knew about Sholeh, or even of what happened. Certainly with all the yelling among the other warblers, he was going to find out anyway...

Royal smiles at Bonnie and shakes his head.

"That's quite alright my dear, I know what it is all about. After all I live nearby to you all. You are always welcome to visit, beautiful maiden," he says with a twinkle in his eye.

Being Royal the one that shoo the mongooses long ago, Bonnie believed he could do it again.
"Mr. Royal, you are the one that brought peace into this Haven. Sybil managed to help us in deserting them in the past, but they kept coming back. It was thanks to you that they stopped invading. But this Sholeh, she's too much trouble, and Rose just let her live here! I know she's just young and innocent, but can't she use common sense? Look what I had to pay! I... it' a barbaric thing to do giving her to Cairo, but... I don't want her to live here!" Bonnie confessed, not wishing harm to Sholeh even after what she has done, but not wanting her around either. She was hoping Royal could do something...

Meanwhile, Sybil was pacing around the beach, a bit uneased on having to tie up Sholeh, but at least she hoped that she wouldn't cause trouble that way. As for Warren, if he had the courage to tell her Sholeh's plan to have him steal eggs for her, that meant that he already felt guilty enough just thinking about it, so Sybil tried not to worry about the vulture so much.
Cairo was nearer than she believed, spying on her. He took a quick rest after his meeting, but he created a constant habit on eyeing on the Haven, particularly Sybil...

"So, Sholeh and Shadow are contained, the vulture is still free but be seems trustable, and Rose is trying her best to run the Haven, and she has Sayan to help him. And I have Royal releasing the captive birds. Everything is going well." Sybil talked to herself, giving confidence to herself to relieve the amount of stress she was feeling at the moment. She wasn't sure wether to assume the role of the Haven's caretaker or giving Rose the position permanently. She didn't want to tell her, but she was rather disappointed in her for letting Soleh live there, but decided to trust her faith and believe Sholeh could change. Besides, at least with giving her home back, the mongoose stopped her mad quest of getting rid of her... for the time being at least.

Cairo was still spying in her, hearing everything she just said. For someone so big, he was exceptionally good at stealth, since Sybil didn't have a clue he was there (or maybe just too concentrated on her self speech to notice). Although Cairo wasn't as obsessed as before in getting Sholeh, he believed containing her wasn't going to make her learn her lesson. He still had Rose's word, so that gave him a bit of confidence.

Sayan, whom was was waiting with Rose, quietly got the tiger's attention and motioned towards Sybil.

Royal smiles at Bonnie and bows politely. His golden eyes gleam in the sunlight. He wraps his wings around her.

"I will see what I can do m'lady. Would you like to go for a walk with me? It might help calm your troubled mind," he says.

Bonnie gladly walked with Royal. She was usually a very cautious bird with animals as menacing looking as Royal, but she felt really comfortable with him. He had become sort of a celebrity among the warblers after all.
"Thank you so much Mr. Royal. If only you could solve our mongoose problem as easily as before, but mistress Sybil is just so afraid that the mongoose would return to her mad ways if she get's banished again." Bonnie sadly explained, still remembering the many murdering attempts Sholeh did to get Sybil out of the picture, and realized how lucky Sybil was to escape them all.

Rose looked at Sayan then at Sybil. "There you are I was looking for you. How is containing Sholeh coming?" Rose said.

Sybil was glad to see the both if them. She could use the company.
"Oh hey you guys. Well, I should let you know that Sholeh is already tied up. Let's just hope that's enough lesson." Sybil explained, keeping hidden the fact that she didn't struggle or the nasty thing she wanted Warren to do. She didn't found the need, and didn't want either of them to worry.

"Oh, you haven't meet Warren?" Sybil asked surprised, believing the two of them were acquainted already. She and Warren interacted when he asked for help, but she supposed that wasn't an official meeting.
"Well let's go find him. He shouldn't be too hard to find." Sybil declared, wondering how the vulture was handling. He was pretty big after all.

Somewhere at the forest, Warren was trying to cover his hearing as much as possible. Sholeh was calling him, craving more warbler eggs, and she wanted him to steal some for her. After a while, Sholeh's throat hurt, so she stopped calling, but she was infuriated on how the exaggeratedly loyal Warren didn't respond to her that time, especially when she was in most need.
Warren was panting violently and absolutely terrified. He was sure that Sholeh was going to hate him for not coming to her, but the truth was, he was much more fearful for what could have happened to him or Sholeh if more eggs disappeared.

The three dingoes had long ago brought the sick margay to their den. It was daytime now, and they were discussing what to do about him while he was underground, presumably still asleep. They didn't know what diet the starved creature now depended on, and whether or not it was herbivorous or carnivorous, or both.

Voracivenom was shocked when the news came out that Sybil was in hiding all along, under the persona of Matthews. However, the news must of set Jaerl's spirits alight, and hopefully he could recover soon. The serpent checked Sybil's den one last time, not finding the falcon, and decided to search for the previous Haven leader. He had much to say about the matter...

"Warren! Warren are you there?" Rose called out.

Warren heard his name again, but this time, it wasn't Sholeh's voice. Rose? That was the first time she has requested him... and he was terrified. He wondered if Sybil told her about Sholeh wanting to use him to steal eggs, so he was expecting a punishment. However, he thought it was going to make things worse if he didn't answer to her, so he quickly flew towards her voice.
The vulture arrived in front of her, after crashing and hitting himself with the foliage many times. His size and the forest weren't a good match. Either way, he reached Rose, and approached her, trembling,, wondering why she was calling him.

Sybil accompanied Rose for a while, but decided to return to the beach to keep Sayan company. She imagined Warren and Rose's meeting was going to be better if she wasn't there, so she returned to Sayan to keep him company instead.

Within the den, I slowly begin to stir. My dark, deep midnight blue eyes glisten in the light as I look around. Seeing the dingoes around me, I remain still and watch them. I am a mix of afraid and curious, especially since the female dingo had brought me home with her.

Royal nods as Bonnie speaks.

"It is true, Sybil is afraid and for good reason. The last time, my son, Jaerl tried to be nice to a mongoose and in the end, the mongoose stabbed him in the back. He was wounded badly and left to die in the outback. He was saved by her and the others, before something could have ended his life. So her mistrust of mongoose is very well justified. I befriended the last mongoose but evidently there were others like the one, who betrayed Jaerl. I don't know what to think of this Sholeh, but I remain wary due to her ties with Shadow. As for you and the other warblers, no harm will befall you or any children that you may have, while I am alive, I promise."

Bonnie was very glad to have Royal's support. That really comforted her.
"I wonder why Sybil didn't make you her successor. You are more experienced and more capable. Rose... well, she's still so young. I mean come on, how naïve can you get letting a mongoose here? I know she wants to have faith, but mongooses are just too destructive. Their obsession with eggs know no bounds." Bonnie sadly explained, believing Sholeh was never going to change and actually confessing that she believed Royal to be a better candidate to run the Haven.
"What she did to me was unforgivable... but... I do not wish her death. And did you know that Rose currently has a deal with Mr. Cairo to bring her to him if she does something wrong again? The elder wants to do just that... but that will only brings us to her despicable level." Bonnie said with anger, knowing that was exactly what Sholeh did to Sybil. But, very deep inside, she wanted revenge.

"That's quite the landing Warren." Rose said with a smile. "I called you here because I wanted to know how you liked being here."

"Oh... that." Warren said relieved. If Rose didn't touch the subject he discussed with Sybil then that means Rose didn't know yet.
"Well... it's beautiful out here, but... too many trees together. I get tangled by the lianas and I keep crashing with the branches." Warren explained, trying to maintain a very casual tone. Rose seemed like a very nice girl, but her deal with Cairo filled him with fear, more for Sholeh than for himself. Though she seemed too nice, and wondered if Rose made that deal to get Cairo off her tail...

Sybil was still at the beach, remembering everything that has happened in that last month. So much in so little time, though her Matthews persona lasted less than she expected. It was better that way anyway. She was so relieved that Rose didn't hate her for the secret, but she wondered if the news went to the rest of her friends. She still hasn't seen the elephant brothers, or the snakes, not even the adorable little Velvet worm. Many of her guests were living their own life already, rarely interacting with her or anyone else, like the polar bear in the mountain, though he was a particular case.

"Yes..." Warren briefly said, before finally gathering the courage to ask Rose something.
"Hey, do you... know a good place where someone like me can stay?" he asked, hoping that she didn't ask why a new place when he had Sholeh's tree, which was perfect for him. Warren didn't want to return there, since he was sure Sholeh was going to be mad at him, or that she would find a way to convince him to steal eggs for her. She was quite manipulative after all, and she could get into your head easily, especially with one like him.

At the beach, Sayan looked over at Sybil... appreciating the company. "C-Can I ask you something?," the Amur leopard asked seemily worried about something.

"Oh goody!" Warren exclaimed, following her in a happiness so unusual in him lately. He was so glad Rose didn't ask why the sudden change of home, and how kind she was being. He then decided that he was never going to think bad of her, and that the deal she made with Cairo was so that he would leave her alone that time.

Warren was in awe. He has explored plenty of the Haven's terrain, even from high up, but he didn't noticed that area before.
"Thank you Madam Rose! This is splendid!" he said gratefully, and what was better, it was pretty far away from Sholeh's tree. He loved that mongoose, but he wanted to remain away from her temptation. Plus, she needed to learn her lesson in a place he knew rules were solid, and he intended to respect them, wether it was out of fear or not.

Warren couldn't think of anything else. Rose did so much already. He started to make a funny little dance as if he was a baby bird. He was happy with his new home. It was hard to believe that an ugly, scary looking bird was such an innocent soul, just wanting to be accepted.

With that settled, all was well at the Haven, except for Sholeh. He was cursing Warren for not coming to her when she called, and she was sure he ignored her on purpose because he was terrified of Rose's deal with Cairo. He was that transparent. Sholeh found Rose too noble to do something as terrible as to give them in to that brutish orca, so she found pathetic and infuriating how he was probably avoiding her because of that.

Warren immediately settled into his new home, though in all his exitement, he quickly turned to Rose.
"Oh... this... this is got to be repaid somehow. I'm not sure how useful I could be, but please Madam Rose, there must be something I can do in return." Warren said desperately, as in doing something in return was imminent.

"Lately, I've been thinking...," Sayan said before hesitating. "E-Ever since Shadow and Sholeh and Warren-- h-have I changed?," the Amur leopard then asked. "I can't help but to think... about how I wanted Shadow.. a-about how I initially wanted to resolve.. and..," he mumbled suddenly concerned about the matter.

The elephant brothers are patrolling the beach when they come across Sybil. They are so happy to see her. Trumpeting with their trunks they let any others know.

"It is so nice to see you, Sybil," they say delighted.

Meanwhile after walking and talking with Bonnie for a while, Royal returns to his tree, beside the warblers. His golden eyes gleam in the sunlight. Briefly leaving to get something to eat, he swiftly returns, munching on a large fish that he has caught.

Before Sybil could answer Sayan, she turned to the elephant brothers.
"Woah guys! Haven't seen you in forever! So nice to see you big guys too!" Sybil greeted, kinda hoping they didn't hug her. Those trunks packed quite a nasty squeeze. But remembering the matter at hand, Sybil quickly turned to Sayan again.
"And you, what's all this matter of change? I understand you may be a bit concerned for having those three here at the Haven, but you are still the same, lovable leopard we all know." she assured, failing to understand that there was probably more to his worries that met the eye.

As Warren settled into his new home, the warbler elder has been spying on him the whole time, and he didn't like how unusually kind Rose was being to him. Anybody affiliated with that mongoose was an enemy to his eyes, and as soon as he's done spying of Warren, he was sure going to have a long, serious talk with Rose.

With Warren settling, the elder believed he wasn't going to leave his new home for a little while. Now with Rose alone, he immediately flew after her, and landed right in front of her, obstructing her walk.
"We need to talk." he said with a glare, having much to say to her.

After all that time, Sholeh was now 100% sure that Warren was avoiding her. He hasn't return yet, so she had no doubt about that.
"Stupid Warren! Chickened out has he? Well he better be afraid of me once I get out of here!" she said furiously, developing hatred for the clumsy, coward vulture. She became desperate, and tried to break free... but the knots were well done. Not even someone as smart as her could undo them. She was drooling with the thought of eggs, so she struggled a bit more. She looked like a feral animal with rabies, with a terrifying demeanor...

"T-Thank-you..," Sayan replied not entirely reassured but appreciating the thought. "Long time no see.," he then said turning to the elephant brothers.
