It's because, well, you're young. People are gonna be a bit more rough on kids because they don't necessarily take them seriously. But you know what you have to do? You simply dismiss it and don't let it bother you.
And, of course, from what I've noticed, when people insult you, they're normally just joking. It may be a bit difficult to tell when people are joking (I try my best to make my jokes painfully obvious), but after a while you'll be able to tell jokes from actual insults here.
TL; DR, don't let people bother ya.

I find that a little offensive.

I personally couldn't care less if you get gnorked or whatever it's called, i don't treat anyone here any differently (sP is an exception, because he gives as good as he gets lol)

If you take the time to speak to people they might respond better to you.

There are nice people here if you give them a chance.
