I'm trying to get all of Wave 4, even if I have to stagger my purchases.
Primarily going for cores, Trap Masters and exclusive traps. Everything else will come afterwards.
Nice thing is if I have to go to different places, I have three rewards cards I can earn points: TRU, GameStop & Best Buy......and they're close to each other.

I'm a bit confused about the shipping and things like that. It says that it will ship March 27. Does that mean that no matter which shipping price I use it will still come the same day?

I'm opetty sure on Gamestop they said the release date was 3/15/15, but I asked in person, so maybe they got it wrong? And my Skylander buying strike was going to start on 3/16/15 and end on 4/2/15. I'm about to preorder a couple of things. Do you guys think I should wait for them to come out or to just preorder them? I've had a bad experience with preordering in the past, but GameStop says that my items will ship on the 27th. But it also says if you pay more for shipping, you will most likely get your items before the people who pay less shipping. I don't think I want to pay extra money, but maybe I will. What do you think?

I would say to always use the cheapest shipping method. The extra couple of days won't make a difference in the long run. It probably will be just as easy to find them in stores in the first few weeks after they come out, so the only advantage to preordering now is if you don't want to make the trip.

EDIT: Although I kept stalling myself, I finally ordered the stuff! I only got Echo, the easter earth trap, and a Pokémon keychain (I got it so my order would be over $25 so I could get free shipping) though. I feel a lot more relaxed that I ordered the things so I will definitely get them.

So tempting, but I only want a Batspin so it isn't worth all that shipping cost. I seem to have pretty good luck finding Skylanders, so I'll hit the stores when others are telling me that they are finding them in their stores. What's sad is that I'm so bored of Trap Team now, but she'll keep until Sky 5.

Preordered Echo, Spotlight and Blackout! I can't wait! I've seen Echo- Sing Along and she looks so awesome! I've avoided spoilers on the the other two because I want them to be as fresh as possible.

Wah543, I am waiting until they hit the stores....period. It's not that far from where I live to reach a Target, Best Buy, GameStop & Toys R Us. I've been known to hit them all in a day just to get what I need and exclusives. Majority is TRU, followed by Target, then GameStop & Best Buy tied. Walmart, which is nearby also, dead last & only as a last resort (mainly traps) since their stock stinks

Someone posted on Reddit that he found Thunderbolt and Short Cut at Gamestop, but he didn't say if it was in the US or elsewhere.

27th is a place holder. that is a friday. They are always released on Sundays. So i'm guessing the 22nd on Toys R Us and 29th at Game Stop. Just a guess.

27th isn't placeholder. That's the real date. Gamestops got them in, started selling them then got flagged immediately. Now they won't sell them until the 27th. Stores only got in Trap Masters.

Yeah same here I have a Toys R Us and Target right next to each other and a Best Buy and Walmart right next to each other too. I'll just wait

i just called my local gamestop, guy checked his computer and he said he has no idea where they are coming to the stores. The online pre-orders where not know to him as well. But if dark/light packs where anything to go by, gamestop got them about 2-3 weeks after TRU did. But he did say i might be able to get a new coupon if i ask customer service after it expires, personally not worth the risk, there is always a chance they will just say no.

No but they were all yelled at for selling them. So don't be surprised if more stores say no when you ask for them.

No, you're thinking of the Jet-Vac/Pet-Vac "Buddy Pack." It's a full size Skylander with their mini counterpart. They did a similar one earlier with Gill Grunt and Gill Runt.

The mini pack with the two minis together is available everywhere, just like every other mini pack.

Gamestop italy changed all wave 4 release date to the 19th of march.

My pre-orders from GameStop shipped and tracking shows that they will be here tomorrow.
