Since my native language is not English, I actually tend not to pronounce everything by the book. As a Finnish guy I also tend to avoid the traditional Finnish—race-car-driver accent as well. So my pronunciation is unholy combination of UK, US, Australian and all-around universal European accents when I speak English out loud. Many of native English speakers have told me that I have nice accent but I feel that my accent is quite pretentious and horrible. I wish that someday I could speak the upper class British accent because it sounds so elegant and sophisticated.

I have an extremely complicated last name apparently.

Others put letters in the wrong spots and pronounce it incorrectly on occasion
forcing me to spell it out every time i need something like a pass from a teacher i rarely see
or when i meet a new person and they would spell it wrong and that spelling would go to something important
hhhhhhhh

it seems so easy because it's MY last name but

Also, when someone says my name as something I completely despise, gets on my nervous so much.
