That's fan-made, Pokemon2, all created by this modeler. He made Mario Kart models and amiibo models of the FNAF character renders he created -

There are actually fans who believe that image though. The guy did a good job on the model, it actually looks official.

But the way they Photoshopped it on to an amiibo was horrible.
You can see the white outlines, goodness.

To me it seems the white lines are like, lighting, idk. In which case it was photoshopped greatly. (could be wrong don't hate me)
