And this will probably take us into February, it's not going to be just 2 days.

Probably the hardest part is banning your friends. I've had to do that on my old mod jobs.

you do realize there could be around 100+ mod apps he has to go through and that he has to decide carefully who gets picked?

It took around 1-2 months for me to get my PM about becoming a Hunter.

I probly wont become a mod but i dont care i love this site no matter what!

We'll just have to wait and see what happens.

I applied but i'm not in a rush to find out, because it's better to take your time and find the right people than rush and have to start all over again when they let you down.

There are things that i personally think need to be considered by people applying:

1. You may think you're suited to it, but dark might disagree

2. You'd have to get on with the other Hunters on the forum because i would have thought that was a big part of it.

3. If there is a disagreement, you have to try and remain impartial.

4. You have to be willing to help someone out if they ask you, and not just brush them aside.

5. Don't just assume that because you were given the title of Hunter, you can say and do as you please with no regard to the other members, because lets face it that's why some of you applied.

I'm actually suprised about the batch that was picked. Still, if you've seen these users before, you can tell they will do well. And if that won't convince you, I guess their gems will (?)

Seeing how this one took two years to be a thing, and how many were picked this time around, probably not for a good 3-4 years.

I agree. That's about the time it took for this second application. A fair share of users became Hunters this time, but this site grows a lot with so many people joining, so it may not be the last. Don't be impatient though.
