You might have better luck in the GTS if you trade game exclusives.

@HDAZ - You should be able to get most of what you're looking for by trading game exclusives as well.
Some Pokemon X exclusives:

Clauncher - Clawitizer

Swirlix (give it Whipped Dream and it'll evole when traded)

*Other* Nearly any pokemon that can evolve during trading.

This is pretty much how I was able to complete my Pokedex.

^No, Jirachi is one of those special event Pokémon that you technically don't need to complete the National Dex. Others include Manaphy, Phione, Victini, Meloetta, and Genesect, if I'm not mistaken. <.<;

The Colosseum Bonus disk is the only legal way to get Jirachi.

Actually,I think Sess might be right. I think you might be able to get it from Pokemon Channel, I can't be sure. That's one of the games I don't have, so I keep forgetting about it.

Welp, I got a Protean Greninja from Wonder Trade today. And a Treeko. I seem to also get a lot of level 1 Ralts that I can only assume are rejects from attempts to breed competitive Gallade or Gardevoir. ;>.>

WT gave me one of those shiny Japanese Jirachi's once. He looks pretty cool with the red. Also, Jirachi was given away (at least in the USA)... I think at Gamestop, but it could have been Wifi. I remember this because I have it. I think it was given away during Gen IV and you could get it on HGSS and DPPt.

I know Jirachi was from the Coliseum bonus disk, an event in HGSS, then Japan had a shiny event one.

I have the Coliseum one in my Emerald and use the cloning glitch to multiply it. I have a box full of that one Jirachi....

Events are limited time only and you can't get them once they're done.

Yup, my Ralts turned out to be a female Gardevoir. Forgot I evolved it.

There's nothing there that I can see against the rules, but I'll talk to one of the mods or dark before posting anything. I don't think its against the rules, but as I said some sites don't like it. Its mainly just a massive cheat in my opinion

Hacking a video game is legal to talk about. Posting the ROM file of the game isn't.

Heheh.. I remember when I posted a GBA4iOS picture and probably almost got Ripto'd

I've been using Blissey bases, Lucky Eggs, and EXP power to mass level up my Pokémon. It's hilarious clicking through all the level up screens. Also got a Squirtle with Dragon Pulse as an egg move from Wonder Trade in exchange for a Swablu. <.>;
