Well, It partially depends on the difficulty your playing, for example, on medium mode, Chef Pepper Jack was only fairly challenging, and I was playing with 2 players,
On Nightmare mode it's crazy damage being taken everywhere, And of course the Kaos battle >.>

I can tell you Luminous' is also quite challenging (not as much as Kaos', though), and I play on Medium.

Nightshade is... Mmmh... Not that fun, but still not Dreamcatcher's level.

Dreamcatcher is not only easy on Nightmare, she would be easy on Double Nightmare.

dream catcher was a joke on nightmare, beat her without even getting hit.
nightshade on nightmare is ehhh, not to hard, luminus was easy, you can hide quite easy and heal up any damage. ive only beaten them on nightmare mode so im curious how easy they are on normal mode.

this is only using villains you can capture before you fight them.

Probably the only one that gave me any trouble was Kaos, on Nightmare Mode. I managed to beat him with Skylanders that can spam ranged attacks in between jumps, mostly.

For me, Luminous was the hardest. It is the first thing to ever kill me even on an easy setting.

Luminous... For sure him for hardest in my opinion. I struggled quite a bit with him.

These are all in regards to Nightmare Mode


1.Kaos - 15+ minute fight (excluding Eons Elites) with bullet hell attack patterns, a one hit kill attack, and several attacks capable of OHKO-ing lower HP Skylanders. Yea.


2.Wolfgang - The second half of the fight feels a bit cheap, with the set movement area and camera angle not helping at all. Its easy to get a Skylander dropped in this half.


3. Chef Pepperjack - He's not really that hard, but the peppers/charge attack can easily wipe out inexperienced players as it adheres to a specific pattern that you can't really change without damage.

I didn't really find the other Doom Raiders to offer any real challenges, except maybe Golden Queen, but she's mostly a very tame version of Kaos's fight with some slight variations.

Pepper Jack is easy just use Knight light to fly over everything.

I have the light pack but not the dark one. Luminous is harder to beat than nightshade

The doo raiders.... never herad of em'. but the DOOM raiders.... Freaking kaos.

I think it's only because it's a 2D fight that it's so easy...

I had so much trouble trying to defeat Chef Pepper Jack in Nightmare, because of his volcanic pepper bombs spread nearly entirely throughout the whole arena. The pepper lava was taking up too much space leaving me with very little empty spaces to get to. So I had to use the evolved Kaos while performing the Magic Doom Spell to avoid losing a life.

I found Dr. Krankcase's battle to be easier than Dreamcatcher's. Unless you count the part when my Skylander disappeared. Or was that supposed to happen?

that kind of happened in a wolfgang fight i did, i swapped out my villain and the camera zoomed really really far away, i couldnt see a thing. thankfully it fixed itself after swapping back and forth a few times.

I will rank easier to harder

Wolfgang is around as hard as Pepper Jack. However, Pepper Jack is way earlier...

(This is in nightmare btw)

Fighting against Wolfgang on Nightmare mode is the best. I love the multiple laser part of the battle.

Kaos is the hardest then Golden queen the others not so much pepper jack would be up there though

Golden Queen keeps disappearing...I can't beat her in Nightmare mode if I can't fight her.

But the Wii version sucks.

I'm partially colorblind red/green and the nightshade battle was hellish. I couldn't see the pillar attacks clearly and the zoom out that happens during the fight exacerbated the issue. At least nightshade is a great villian and the fastest character.
