For me, the most overrated character is Chopper. He was so disappointing because the missiles are the only decent attack he has because the propeller attack has a delay and is hard to control, while his roar is just plain weak. Also, spamming missiles gets old after a while. Overall, he was just a major letdown.

Head rush, Kinda a slow attacker and can easily get hit. Sure her opera thing is awesome but she can get hit alot. She has to stay in place with a few of her attacks

ANY light or Dark. Do you see how many people use these guys as avatars and how many topics of them there are. I feel they are the only ones being talked about. Knight Lite says in game "outshine the rest!" I feels that's him com paired to the other characters.

Honestly, they are all overrated! But I guess that what happens when you pump out almost 300 toys in 4 years :/

Hex. Like her as a character, but I'm not huge on her gameplay.

How the heck are you guys calling Skylanders you haven't even played with overrated???? Some of them haven't been released and 99% of forum members here haven't played with Blastermind. Stop hating on something you haven't played with yet. This is why Amazon doesn't allow for reviews on items that haven't been released.

Well... this is the topic where we talk about overrated Skylanders, which means ranting/hating on Skylanders for some people, but it's fine, I, myself, am actually disappointed in Blastermind, and haven't played as him either

I could have played with Blastermind days ago, but it's not about gameplay it's how overrated they are.
And I change my mind from High Five to Short Cut, he's just.... nope

^Agreed with Short Cut, he seems bland.
Also, Tuff Luck's gameplay is a little underwhelming IMO

Light and dark characters are not overrated. They have a cool design, have had a great reception and are among the latest releases, it’s normal for people to talk about them. That said, I have disappointed with all the skylanders that were supposed to fly, but didn’t (like blades for instance).

Most overrated?? Hmm... Of all time I would have to say Doom Stone. He was the last of his kind to be released and was supposed to be the greatest thing since sliced bread. He's pretty good, just did not quite live up to the billing.

If you want to talk underrated, currently I see 2 who, in my opinion, exceeded expectations.
Punk Shock and Bushwhack. Both are somewhat unique in abilities, cool looking toys, and just fun to use in the game.

Personally I found Blastermind hard to use and a bit overrated, but hey he did at least unlock the last few gates for me. But I tend to find a lot of the new ones a bit bland and their attacks are very similar to earlier Skylanders, which you would expect when they have released so many across only 4 games. There are only so many ways to attack I suppose.

Not sure why folks are saying figures they have never even played yet are overrated but to answer the question

Eons Elite Terrafin is the worst. $25 to get him and Trap Team ruined his shark splash move entirely.

I do, at least when he's on the path that upgrades his gold coin shots. In an enclosed area, with the Bouncing Bullets upgrade, he's pretty good for attacking.

I was not a huge super fan of Trigger Happy until Eon Elite Trigger Happy and used him on Nightmare. I chose the golden money bags upgrade and given the coin can reach weird angles and can be ranged and does massive damage, Eon Elite Trigger Happy was my most useful in the game if I needed a zone done. Stealth Elf was more useful when I wanted pure speed but for reliability, Trigger Happy was the best of the 6 Eon Elites. Strange to say but true.

He's the one I used to defeat Kaos in the first game, with only one Skylander.
How could I not love him...?
