You shouldn't feel that. Most people have acne, I used to have lots of acne. It's normal for most teenagers, none of my family members HAD acne, except my brother and I, which it's already cleared up now, though his 15. And I had a fair lot when I was younger, now it's cleared up as I'm older.

You shouldn't feel disgusted of yourself at all, you're really pretty. :3 And don't let anything get to you.

Because while it's easier for you to lift weight, on the other hand your muscles aren't doing as much work as the taller guy's muscles are when he's doing the same exercise with the same amount of weight.

And muscles don't care about the weight of the barbell you're bench pressing. They care about the amount of work it takes for you to bench press it.

Yep, that's true. I always go until I feel like I've genuinely worked out.


At the end of my routine, I try to do a single push-up (I do some calisthenics in between sets, but this is at the very end, when I've completed the whole shebang).


If the push-up is easy, I didn't work out enough and I need to do a little more.

If the push-up takes considerable effort, I worked out just right.

If I can't do it at all, I went too hard and I need to give my muscles some rest the next day.


How does that sound? (inb4 nuuuu, move it to fitness topic)
