I believe Walmart has Scratch, for a good price

I saw one at my local Fred Myers before Christmas, but that was the last time I have seen one other then online.

I've seen them at my local Toys R us and Target

I found a Scratch and a Fire Bone Hot Dog at TRU on the same day recently. So it can happen.

I found Scratch at TRU yesterday after over a 6 month absence of seeing her in stores. Despite how rare she may seem these days, it seems Amiibos sell for more (at least the uncommon ones).

They never have her at any of my local stores

Scratch has become more common, they are probably shipping out some SF Wave 4 cases they had in storage (Wave 4 was "overridden" by the Easter release last year). I saw a couple in TRU right after the holidays, I pointed them out to a parent and their kids that were having trouble picking one out - mentioning how uncommon it was to find her. They bought her and a couple different ones.

Come to think of it haven't seen her in Finland either in a long time. Strange how some figures seem to vanish from stores after having been available but for a somewhat short time. Dune Bug is another example of an SSF one that's impossible to find in stores.

I have ever seen once in stores. At this small run down TRU in a mall (It was called Toy's R Us Express.) she was the only one sitting out in the front and of course I grabbed her because I wanted to try her out. (Is it just me or is she kinda slow?) I was looking for her that day and was just looking at the ones on the hooks but then I looked down just a tad and then I looked again because I thought I was day dreaming. There she was, picked her up and my knees almost collapsed. (They do that one I'm super nervous, super scared, or have really mixed emotion going on.... ) Maybe I should look at that TRU for the Kaos Trap?! *snorts of laughter*
