I'm so totally getting Lucina and Charizard.

Does anyone have an idea how the amiibos will work for future games like Xenoblade Chronicles X and the next Wii U Zelda game?

I've been around here since Giants with different names so I'm not new at all. In fact I'm the one who traded almost 80 of my figures to GS to get $$$ for Christmas and trap team/infinity 2.0.....

nothing has been announced for those 2 games.
BUT...

Marth, Ike, Robin, and Lucina will unlock playable fire emblem characters in Codename S.T.E.A.M

The Code Name S.T.E.M had Fire Emblem characters in them from Amiibos. Marth restocks maybe?

Zelda U was seemingly told to have amiibo compatibility (as well as Star Fox), but we have no idea what it would be.

To be honest prefer the Smash Amiibos because they look better to me.

Smash Bowser has an amazing pose and is huge and looks very well made, get him.

I'm definitely getting smash bowser now that I think about it. The new mario figures look much lower quality and less detailed, almost like figures from a bargain bin at Walmart

I got a Pit and Captain Falcon today at TRU. The guy working there said they couldn't put them out until an unknown date as the computer was going to say "until further notice". Eventually he brought the boxes out anyway and found me in the store to make sure he gave me one of each. Really glad he did because the other guy there was given one of each from the box, then as soon as the rest were put on the pegs he took them ALL. Scalpers gonna scalp.

every scalper needs to go suck a fat one. Nintendo WILL be re-releasing marth around when Codename S.T.E.A.M launches.

also, target canada is closing ALL of it's stores. Canadians importing rosalina ensues.

I called my TRU to make sure there were still pit amiibo figures available since I woke up late, but the lady said some guys came in and bought the entire stock. I refuse to pay scalper prices on ebay, and all the stores near me have discontinued him, so it's now impossible for me to get Pit.

i'm sorry but i think most of these figures could stand without some of these pegs.

I'm hoping on getting a Pit Amiibo soon. I'm personally waiting for a Bowser Jr. Amiibo to show up.

By the way, the TRU I was at was the one out in Mechanicsburg, PA. So those in the Harrisburg/Mechanicsburg area are all hosed out of both Pit and Captain Falcon thanks to a guy who decided he needed to buy ALL of them. Also surprising is how, not that far from me, an eBay listing suddenly showed up for them. And to think actual players and people with kids looking forward to it all will leave empty handed because of the greed of one individual.

and if you get a N3dsXL and S.T.E.A.M, you can play as lucina.

I don't really care for fox, but in late november i went to a toys r us with a shelf full of fox. now he's rare.

Over here in the UK neither fox or samus (or cookies) are discontinued...plus a specialist game retailer still near me has 2 villager...will investigate...
