Who agrees that we need more to do when you beat these games. After i beat them it's boring theres nothing to do! I would like an online mode for battles, that could be fun as a competitive side.

I want some post-story chapters that don't require adventure packs and can be unlocked as soon as you beat Kaos. I also want more mini games like the heroic challenges from SSA and SG or the bonus missions from SSF.

Yeah, and the thing is I don't want to give up on the series, I love the characters. But I think trap team might be my last game in the series sadly, unless something new comes in the 5th one. I mean my parents pay tons for these things, and every year more come out and we buy more for a game that we barely play now until the next one comes.

i believe online gameplay is coming... we had online features in swap force and trap team. then on the 3ds we had online gaming with skystones. so i say its pretty much a given next time.

that's good, but i dont remember any online features in swap force and i havn't gotten trap team yet. What "online features" were in swap force?

I didn't know about the skystones thing on 3ds, i only get the wii version. I have a 3ds but the 3ds versions are just too different to me.

Either way, now that i know some hope of online gaming may come, i'm probably not going to give up on the series. Besides, I've collected too many to give up now, it just seems like with every new game i get less from that, and it's true, i got a good amount of figures from giants and spyro's adventure, but didn't get many of the ones from swap force. Really hoping i can get some of the dark and light elements this year, they seem really cool.

the online features in swap force wasnt in the wii version(for all i know). but in the other versions, you could go to the sign near rufus in woodburrow, then you get a daily online bonus. also you could compare figure collection and game stats with friends on your friendlist online.

its only the 3ds trap team that have the online skystones....

Oh, thanks for the info. I'm hoping any online gaming with it will be for all versions, i hope i get a wii u this christmas but my chances are slim. My parents aren't exactly fans of the older systems like wii and ds being swapped for the wii u and 3ds. Sure i have a 3ds, but i just don't know if they'll get me a wii u.

I don't plan to get the 3ds version, getting it just for online skystones jsut isn't worth it to me.

my favorite 3ds skylanders games so far is the ssa and stt..

the 3ds trap team is different but good, all the adventure packs are different too. so if you get it its like a new skylanders game, that aint a bad thing if you ask me... you can have all the skylanders in the game without using the portal, thats a plus when your on the go. also you get the rainbow hat in the 3ds version earlier than the console version (console version you must beat it on nightmare to get it), its one of the best hats and gives you 10 extra speed etc...

Hmm, pretty cool I guess. I might consider the 3ds version too but idk, i watched my friend pllay 3ds ssa and the gameplay was way too different for my taste.

Anyways, back on topic. We should also have more than just hats, maybe things like wristbands and sunglasses that increase stats too? That could be cool, and if there was an online mode it could make matches interesting. Maybe skylander specific ones too like metal horns for skylanders like spyro and whirlwind?

I thought of an idea. In the next game you could be given a room or a house and you could collect furniture from the levels, buy from Auric and earn from bonus missions that you could use to decorate your house. They could be the new legendary treasures with stat and element boosts depending on which furniture you decorate with. Maybe as your portal master rank goes up, your room/house gets bigger so you could have more space for furniture.

If you're looking for more to do, try a solo run of the game with 1-3 of your fav Skylanders and see how far you get in HARD or NIGHTMARE Mode! Challenge folks on hereto see who gets the fastest times on Villain Quests, etc. just a few ideas to pass the time till Skylanders 5 comes out...
