light and dark stickers

people keep saying that if you get one expansion pack they come with both light and dark stickers but when i got the light pack it only came with the light stickers why?

That is normal. The dark pack only comes with dark stickers

My dark pack only game with dark stickers and my light pack(s) only game with light stickers.

Same with me.

Thought it was normal, even if in the official Skylanders unboxing video they clearly show that both packs contain the two sticker sets.

The YouTubers that got their pack sent to them for free seemed to have two sets of stickers in each pack.

I got two sets of stickers in both my light and dark packs got a set to put away and a set to mess with that's why I buy my skylanders and toys r us unless it's another store exclusive

That could very well be the case. I'm from the UK and got 1 set of each sticker. Which would also explain why every YouTuber got two sets (they are all American).

My light had only light stickers but my dark had both. In California

It's called a mistake people no mystery here. I just so happen to get two sets of stickers in my light and dark expansion I have found doubles of stickers and trading cards when I get figures

I got a set of stickers in my dark pack and only the light stickers in my light pack. I thought it was pretty odd at the time.

I got a set of light and dark stickers in each pack myself. I purchased mine at Toys R Us on DEC 21st when they first came out in the US.

I think that we can safely assume that it's complete random. My guess is that it's their intension to make it 1 sticker sheet per expansion but in some instances another goes in by mistake.

I managed to get two sets of stickers in both of my packs, but a friend that ordered one from Amazon only got the Dark sticker pack with his Dark expansion. My guess is that they initially decided on only including one, but changed their mind to including both later during production, or vice versa.

I got one of each in all four of mine. It makes sense since it unlocks both elements really. Likely different shifted of Chinese packagers got different instructions.
