I have taken the advice of Samius and started lifting on a regular basis.


It has somewhat improved my looks. :P


I may or may not post a shirtless pic soon.

Just to point out, if you've been checking yourself out right after your workouts (don't worry, everybody does that) it is likely that what you've seen is not how you usually look, but what you look like with a "pump". That's when your muscles are still slightly inflated with blood after strenuous exercise. It usually lasts for a couple of hours.

Noob gains are pretty fast thought, so of course you might already be seeing some visual changes. You should take a picture of yourself now, and then a new one after 4-6 months, that's when you really see the progress.

That's what I always tell everybody, that they should work out not just because they will end up looking better, but they will also feel better, more positive and more energetic.
