Sorta, its kinda like sensing your entire surroundings all at once and isn't limited the specific area. Its a bit hard to explain and depends upon the dragon's skill and ability to use it.
So hiding Jaggedstar and disguising yourself as her doesn't work.

Why did you bring portals into to this? ¬¬
There's no way you could have read my stories before D:
Portals to other dimensions don't come in till book two and the undead dragons are in a different story ._.
