Broken Food Fight PLEASE HELP!!!!

Hi I just got the trap team starter pack for christmas with a couple of other figures so after I set up the game I put food fight on the portal but nothing happens but the other figures work PLEASE HELP! (I have just finish the game and I don't want to return it)

Sounds to me like the chip is bad!. I would think you would need to contact Activision about it. Good luck

Try putting the figure closer to the ring around the portal, if that doesn't work try contacting activision, they are normally good with sending replacements.

I've had several figures that couldn't maintain a connection with the portal and could not be recognised on it . It generally is the chip .
I've actually been able to fix my recent ones by taking the clear base off the figure and rearranging the the chip and making sure the paper cover at the bottom isn't bent up, as this seems to push the chip against the base and make it lose contact.

The clear bases are just held on with a little glue, just edge along the connection until you can pry it off ( I used a thin knife, just be careful And get an adult to do it if your young)

I haven't had any break from doing this but be careful.

I wish I new this when Spyros Adventure came out coz I just had to throw figures out back then if they eventually stopped working.

never happened to me but my smilie doesn't light-up on the portal but he works just fine
