I don't drive by myself much, but when I do, I savor it. Something about that car just feels....right.

Almost 21, no car. Love being poor as hell...

Although, some of that is my fault too. I have a tendency to spend on others, a lot. I spent about $1000 I had saved up on everyone this Christmas. I don't know how I happened to save up that much, but I did.

Everything else goes to bills, its incredible I saved that much. Its super rare for me to have even $50 in my checking account. In order for me to start driving again, I'm basically going to have to take drivers training. My mom is so paranoid and ugh. It would cost way less if she taught me...don't really have the money to go and take a class...

It would also be great if someone could get me on the road driving. My sister totaled our car a few years ago so now my Mom is a super paranoid passenger whenever I do get the chance to drive. I've got no one else to take their car...

I'm really trying to purchase a car before I turn 21 in June. Although, I need to get back on the street as well. Having limited driving experience and money issues...we will see.

My dad is pissed as hell at my mother for not getting me back on the street, too. Trust me, if I could, I totally would...but I'm not going to steal my Mom's car.

Do you live near a rural area, with some backroads? Possibly around a lake or through a forest?

Those are great places to start solo driving. You familiarize yourself with that area, and once you're comfortable, you can drive in town, and so on and so forth. Of course, I have yet to drive at all in a metropolitan area like Atlanta, and I am not looking forward to it. But it's coming.

Yes,I actually am serious. My sister used to own it, but she bought an Altima iirc and passed it on to me after my dad forced her to give it to me instead of her selling it. (that way he didn't have to spend on another car)

You're 15 aren't you? So you only have a learner's permit and not a full license? Damn you're lucky.

Ahh. I don't have a license but I have my permit. And I can say that I hate driving. I try to get better but literally everyone else on the road just does their own thing so WHY THE HELL DID I EVEN TAKE DRIVERS ED IF NO ONE GOES THE ****ING SPEED LIMIT SNIRLIWWOPDJDGEGRYGODBXMSPW

15 and 7 months. I'll become eligible to take my Driver's License test after May 24th as I took and passed my permit test on November 24th.
