I recently bought Skylander's Trap Team for the 3DS...
And I Have 3 Skylanders right now...
Would it be a good idea to buy more for the 3DS or save up for the wii Version?

I'd say build your collection then buy wii version when the price goes down

Is the Wii version compatible with the 3DS portal? I have a disc of the Wii version that I haven't used that I'm more than happy to give away. I only bought the Wii version get the WiiU download code...it saves me from having to run back and forth to my WiiU to change game discs when I wish to play other games.

The portals arent compatible, but I have an extra trap team portal floating around

Series one stealth elf is on the cheap at TRU during most sales and your best bet for a series 2 stealth elf is for $5 at Five Below.

I saw a Legendary Stealth Elf at Toys R Us on Wednesday. Their SSA & Giants figures were 50%, too. I came close to buying it for $5.50, as our original (S1) Stealth Elf fell apart and I like getting the Legendaries, but I decided I didn't need to spend the money. You might also look for deals for Swap Force, as it comes with S3 Stealth Elf.
