Nocturnes have got to be one of my favourite breeds now. Mostly because they look like actual dragons.

Yep, that's what I always liked about guardians, but Nocturnes look really good. They're the first breed I've instantly liked.

EDIT: Got a spare Ectoplasmime familiar, does anyone have one of the other angry chest familiars they want to swap it for?

Now my ranking would probably be kinda like this:

With the least favourite being pretty much all starter breeds.

I dunno if anyone noticed but I like the fact the lineart is thinner on Nocturnes, so makes them look much nicer.

I hadn't noticed that, but now you mention it, I can see what you mean.

I think my ranking is similar but Skydancers higher up (the females are just so graceful and they suit anything). I dunno, maybe I'll kill some time and figure out my complete favourites to least favourites ranking of these stupid dragons.

@S-F, thanks. I've been in the Workshop hoping that at least if I don't get anything good in chests, I'll get some new familiars. Didn't happen. I've been hearing good things about the Arena, so I shall move there, as soon as I get the last of my Christmas shopping done and can grind again!

After opening 114 chests yesterday, I managed to get an egg! And a chest familiar. The rest was food and junk.

I think Swipp should have a trade for the buttrocks. Then it would make it all worth it...

I have tried pretty much all venues and I think Arena is the best, yeah. Kelp Bed and Workshop are too difficult and take too much time, Woodland Path and Scorched Forest you can get only up to 3 chests per battle. With Arena you can get up to 4 chests per battle, plus those weird llama dudes drop backpacks with treasure. Slimes in Waterway also drop treasure, but I think it's more frequent in the Arena.

Am I the only one getting Sunbeam Ursa all the time? This has got to be the fifth time I got it from a chest.

Who else hates the fact that having a high level in any gathering field isn't rewarding at all?

I mean, someone who is level 15 got 60 chests in one day, yet I am level 25 and I get maybe 5~6 chests when I use all my gathering turns. And not just today, but yesterday and the day before as well. It's really messed up. They should seriously change the RNG system and make it so high level gatherers get more useful and valuable items. Not junk.
