Kaos Trap was in Best Buy South Edmonton today, which means best buy and future shops should have them coming in the next wave trap boxes as well.

Your posts are misleading can you please state WHICH Walmart has 'everything' I know for a fact the one in West Edmonton (my bad I mean the Stoney plain road one doesn't, Meadowlark shopping centre did have the Fryno buddy pack) doesn't have the Kaos trap or the Fryno buddy pack yet or today anyways and considering some things are out in the US still haven't hit Canada or specifically west coast Canada.

In the future state where you live and what is available please.

Just got back from Future Shop in Calgary (the location next to SunRidge Mall). Totally lucked out and found a Kaos trap. There were none on the pegs, but one was randomly set down on top of a box of starter packs...so I snagged the last rogue Kaos trap! Very happy!

Been just over 2 weeks and we still don't have the first Legendary Trap yet in Edmonton, AB.

I try to hit up the west end stores best I can but I can't go every single day but I try popping in every 2-3 days. Still haven't seen Kaos traps restocked still. Figured I'd post an update plus if anyone locally spots them to please remember to post in this thread!

Another update for all us Edmontonians or at least a report for the west end. I still haven't seen any stores pick up the Kaos Trap and Toys R Us still haven't gotten the 3 Legendary traps yet. As for the 8-trap crystal pack there were Pre-Ordering on EBgames.ca but by time I 'knew' this it says 'out of stock' but the release date did say Dec 12/14 but I haven't seen them on the shelf yet and Target still hasn't gotten them in or so my friend that works in the entertainment section has told me.

However we do have something new today Dec 5/14 - Toys R Us at Terra Losa just got a shipment of Winterfest Lob-Star; I saw 4 boxes - 12 each and none were on the shelves yet. Me and one other person nabbed 1 so there should be at least 46 left to nab up. This was at about 4:25pm.

Been busy so I haven't had time to respond in awhile but as far as the 8-pack you've seen, a friend of mine (manager in the electronic department) works at the Kingsway location and none have come in there. However on the rack were Skylanders hang there is a scan code that says Crystal 8-pack but none have shown up yet. Probably out real soon but of everyone I know that is hunting for the 8 pack here in Edmonton and it is a medium sized group none of us have seen them on the shelves. I only know 1 person that got one and they pre-ordered off of the EBgames.ca website before they were out of stock. I hate to say it but 'pictures or it didn't happen'.
I'm hoping EBgames and or target will have them tomorrow Dec 12/14 because their website says that as a release stamp. I'm crossing my fingers.

Last post I forgot to mention that Elite Trigger Happy was being sold at EBgames I saw quite a few last time I stepped in. Other then that no other updates; sorry guys.

Edmontonians should rejoice as of 10 minutes ago at Toys R Us (Terra Losa) the Crystal 8-pack traps have arrived. At least seven left on the shelf since 3:20pm and maybe some more in the back. EBgames had none and I didn't have time to check Target or Walmart yet so I'm not sure if they got them as well.

Still no Legendary traps but at least we have had some progress Elite Trigger Happy and the 8-pack now.

US seems to always be 3-5 weeks ahead of us. Took SO long for Elite Trigger Happy and the 8-pack.

I wish people would use this topic a lot more. I barely see any posts about wave 2 figures, people are still looking for Kaos traps and I have a friend that still needs some wave 2 skylanders. Fist Bump and Fizzy Pop Fizz and perhaps it is the west end but I haven't seen Target/Toys R Us or EBgames having very many shipments for wave 2 stuff. Seems bizarre.

Yeah the Dark/Light packs have a Dec 21/14 release date stamp but this is for the US I'm not sure if us in Canada will get it. I'm still going to be checking the stores though regardless.

Bought wave 3 today. Both minis, three Trap Masters, Cobracadabra and the fire horse whose name I'm blanking on. No traps yet, no light or dark. Bought them at EB Games. They arrived about an hour before I got there. I'm in Winnipeg.

ebgames west edmonton and sherwood park had wave 3 trap masters, cores, minis, and traps....i got everything except blastermind and tuff luck

I have no idea where you go or call Steve but on the west end at least the 3 locations I know of by phone or going to the store itself none of them had Wave 3 today. Stony Plain near Wal*mart or 137 st and 142 street and WEM none of them had any. Sherwood park? I have no idea WAY too far for me to verify (I never called either).

However EBgames does have Elite Whirlwind on the shelves for sure so if anyone is looking for her she is available!

Still no updates on Kaos Traps, the 3 Legendary traps and Wave 3 is expected to be released on Dec 21/14 but it might just be the US for Light/Dark packs. I'll collect more information tomorrow if any of these things show up. I called around and no one can verify this or said they are in the back rooms just that they 'might' get a shipment.

It was at the EBgames located at 18489 Stony Plain Road Nw where the kid with the black plugs opened a wave 3 core box in front of me. All Ebgames in Edmonton Alberta got wave 3 shipments including 3 kaos traps per store on Friday December 19.

I am not calling you a liar it just seems bizarre that over the phone or when I went in I asked about Wave 3 and they said they have not received any shipments and the head manager was there when I asked. I didn't get there until late however on Friday but they never said they got some and sold out. Normally that is what they say, yes BUT we're sold out. That didn't happen. I also called mid-day to WEM and the 137 ave EBgames and both said they never got any either. If they did indeed get any they clearly were clueless about the whole thing. Either scenario I had bad luck in obtaining them, I hope Toys R Us, Wal*mart and Target get some in on Monday or Tuesday otherwise I'd imagine they'd restock for boxing day.

Wave 3 is indeed in Canada now.. I live in the west coast in Vancover, and yesterday I was able to get a hold of both Blastermind and Tuff Luck.. I also saw Cobra Cadabras, and Trailbrazers.. that was in an EB Games in Burnaby. I also contacted a few stores and some said they had some shipments on Friday.. but most of them were sold the same day.. It seems like they are getting a box with only 4 or 3 of each.. and they are going fast.. just for whoever is interested in this news

Well i didn't go today but here on Vancouver island my mom found some wave 3 I'm not sure what she found because she won't tell me but I'm assuming the trap masters and maybe some cores

Hamilton Ontario"s Centre Mall Walmart has 2 Kaos Traps if anyone want them and Centre Mall eb games has 3 trail blazer and 4 cobra

Wasn't able to post earlier but EBgames all locations on the west end got a few boxes in today around noon-1pm but were sold out by 5-6pm as I didn't see very much left on the shelves. I myself was only able to snag the 3 trap masters but was too slow to grab the last fire mini pack. Each store only got about 2-3 boxes if that. Just an update for Edmonton west end.

Went to a few places today in edmonton area found ka-boom, tuff luck, blastermind, trail blazer. Cobra cadabra and the 2 mini packs as well as 4 out of 8 traps supplies is limited and scattered depending were you go going in to toys rus tommorow

Been to a few Toys R us in the lower mainland. Vancouver Richmond, Have not seen any wave 3 stuff. Walmart doesn't seem to be refilling stock.
Futureshop and bestbuy has the trap case online. Pretty slim pickings out here on the west.

Yeah, same here. Got told they only got 2 boxes, with 6 each of the new trap masters and 5 each of the new cores, except for Tuff Luck, which they only got 2 in each box. The rest was a few traps and stuff.

But yeah, my buddy said that since November, new stuff has come basically in very small quantities and at random times. Sometimes he'll have boxes two days in a row and then nothing for 3 weeks. This blows...

West Edmonton update Dec 23:

I checked Toys R Us (Terra Losa), Target (WEM), Wal*mart Meadowlark/184 & Stony Plain this morning and none of them had any shipments. However I have no idea when they stock the shelves sometimes they get a shipment late but haven't entered it into their computer system yet or they never got a morning shipment. Shipments can come in at anytime, just before noon, afternoon or early evening so if you head to these stores today just post in the thread if anything shows up later on. I was only able to check between 9-10am so that is a small window of time.

I don't bother with Best Buy or Futureshop anymore as it seems all they get is Wave 1. I have never seen any of these stores carry Wave 2 yet or at least when I have checked. As for Costco they never get any traps or single packs and always at least 2-3 weeks later then the rest of them.

I hope everyone posts today the 23rd and tomorrow the 24 with all their findings. I'm also hoping that the 26th maybe Toys R Us will have the Light/Dark packs.

Edmonton has the same Target flyer and Walmart had a flyer saying $10 skylanders for Boxing day as well. Toys R Us is a buy 1 get half off on your next one as well.

Went to toysrus and nothing really there, But I did fine a wallop that was hiding behind other skylanders at target. And I agree with Wikt.. Futureshop and bestbuy have nothing new... taken over by infinity and Amiibo.

Finally found a Target with one Tuff Luck left! Miiine!

I guess now all that's left is waiting for the light/dark packs to get out there.

I finally got time to make a post for today Dec 24/14 - 9am the EBgames on 184 & Stony Plain got a UPS shipment not very much in the way of Skylanders BUT they got Elite Terrafin and Elite Stealth Elf come in as well as both Light/Dark Adventure packs! 1 box per elite and 2 boxes for adventure packs. So that is 12 Terrafin, 12 Stealth Elf, 6 Dark and 6 Light. I would imagine that every location should be getting around the same! Very limited supply but figure I'd post as quickly as I can for other Edmonton Skylander hunters; good luck!

Nothing at Target or Toys R Us but Wal*mart at 184 & Stony did have a very small supply of the new traps and only 2 packs of minis left Fire & Water probably sold out by now.
