I still hoped Tuff Luck would have adifferent catchphrase...

Kaboom has a cool voice... Blastermind... .-. Meh, I think I'll eventually like it.

"Deal With It" isn't a pun, as far as I know, and doesn't suits her design and attacks.

Man, Blastermind's voice bothers me so much. He has this interesting mad scientist/alien vibe to him and yet they go and give him the most generic superhero voice ever.

I'm really looking forward to Tuff Luck though and I'm on the fence about Cobra Cadabra. Nothing about Kaboom appeals to me so I'm going to skip out on him.

I don't know of any slang, and, I'm disappointed in her catchphrase... "It's your Luck Day!" Would have been much better imo,

I actually like Blastermind's voice. He has the same voice actor as Almighty Tallest Red from Invader Zim.

Have you ever watched WWE/WWF? (I don't personally, but had to endure it when my son was watching it) The catch phrase is the MOST important piece of marketing they can give to their character. To previous posters, "deal" has a gambling vibe to it...as in the dealer will deal you cards...and since you have a character that's good with LUCK....

The other way you can take it is that she has a sarcastic tone.

So either way, Tuff Luck is bouting 0 for 2 for kid friendly catch phrase. Maybe that's why she's called Tuff Luck smilie

It's your lucky day would be MORE obvious to Activision's target audience. The adults will get this more than kids. I suspect some angry moms with too much time on their hands will start trolling their interest groups and put pressure on Activision on this one. On the flip side, you actually have to spend time to process this one, and I'm betting they're betting most of America is too dumb to figure it out.

Both. "It's your lucky day" sounds better, plus it fits with her back story. Plus if you look closely on her chest armor she has a 4-leaf clover, as well as the clovers in pounce mode.
The catch phrase is as important as the character's design & gameplay. Cobra Cadabra's catch phrase, "Charmed and Ready",fits perfectly because he's a snake as well as a snake charmer.

Her gameplay is the most impressive of the three. Her damage is insane, she's fast, and....God knows what else has.

It never says the German catchphrase on the packaging, only English and something else. She isn't even out yet here I saw it on the skylanders website.

"Deal with it" means "cope', the pun is related to "dealing" a pack of cards - try your luck type of thing.

Not a very good pun, but I think that's what they are getting at, reminds me of Dirty Harry for some reason.

Wow, comparing Blastermind to the other Trap Masters, his base attacks are incredibly weak. His only saving grace is the charged slam attack.

Tuff Luck, on the other hand, looks to be one of the most powerful Skylanders in the game (at the moment, we'll see if Enigma and Short Cut are any better).

Ka-Boom also looks very good, but he's ultimately overshadowed by Tuff Luck.
