I always watch Godzilla subbed. I can't stand those dubs most of the time. The American version of the original Godzilla isn't terrible I guess...

I'm hyped. Hopefully now in the modern day there is more respect for the property in the west and they'll make an effort to dub it well, or at least just keep it in Japanese and have English subtitles.

Do you think they'll have the monsters actually in scale of each other (in which case it's a no contest in favor of Godzilla)?

I would assume the monster would have to scale closely and I hope they don't have different scenes in each version. It isn't even confirmed that the movie will happen though.

The two in the middle of this pic are Monsterarts figs. Godzilla 1964 and Godzilla 1995. I want to get more but they are too expensive! I also have cheaper bandai figures of ghidorah, hedorah, and MUTO. I have a Revoltech Showa Moguera too.

The Monsterarts figures and the ones I haven't shown are below. Bad lighting, sorry.

Me too but it's like $250... Mecha King Ghidorah is coming out next year for $200 but still too much!

If anyone is really curious, here's a review of the 1964 Godzilla S.H. Monsterarts fig I have. Really awesome figure except the tail tends to fall off.

Well maybe not as good as the Monster Arts though. I'm sure they has some, just not all that good yes?
