Not rare at all. I don't see him much in stores anymore, but online stores can't seem to get rid of him.

p'kin eye brawl won't add to your Giants 3ds collection. It's a bug in the game code. You can play him and save back to him, but he'll never show up in your collection as eye brawl or P'kin.

Still see them around walmarts in my area.. I personally like this variant, just wish it was in-game smilie

I don't enjoy it thugh. I thought he was super rare when got him, but I already have another Eye Brawl. I want to get rid of Pumpkin eye brawl, but no one wants him smilie
