I dunno, I really don't see any humor in this. Assaulting a pregnant woman is probably one of the lowest things a man can do to a woman. As far as the confiscated weapon permit, I do believe that in any domestic violence if you have a permit to carry firearms, yes it will be confiscated by the authorities.

i think the deal is of the sheer redicoulousness of using food as a weapon, which while it is still wrong, carries a level of humor due to such an oddity. I don't know about the permit though, seeing as how a sandwich isn't a firearm.
