I like listening to remixed versions of video game songs.(Especially Bravely Default)

I'm that person that listens to pop and most of the trashy female singers. Although, I do like other bands and stuff like Paramore and Melanie Martinez.

the only bands i care about are gorillaz and cibo matto

usually just sonic songs, and other random video game music

Seether and Monstercat releases (including songs from popular MC artists that don't get MC releases of course) are the best. I also enjoy some Three Doors Down and Three Days Grace, as well as some other electronic-type artists on YT like The Living Tombstone and General Mumble.
So, yeah, mostly alternative metal/post grunge and electronic/techno/EDM/whatever

I personally like some songs from Nickelback, such as "Something in your mouth", "Burn it to the Ground", "Animals", and "Gotta be Somebody" There are a couple more I like.

Linked Horizon's only done one full OST so far, Bravely Default, but it's my all time favorite.
Yoko Shimomura has done some amazing work too.
Kōtarō Nakagawa is also another favorite of mine.

Weezer, Of Monsters and Men, Kongos and Green Day to name a few.

Animals by Maroon 5 and the theme of Skylanders Spyros Adventure because it give nostalgia from when I was 8

Speaking of video game themes, pretty much every song in Legend of Zelda Ocarina of Time (the songs you learn on the ocarina, such as Minute of the Forest and Bolero of Fire.)

Metal, stuff you young whippersnappers hate

Good enough? Too much?

Instrumental for me. For me words can. Get annoying and there are just a handful of songs I like with actuall singing. I really like the soundtracks of most Spyro levels before Legend of Spyro, Skylanders, Super Mario Sinshine, Herdy Gerdy and almost all the old arcade games, like PAC-man and Dig Dug. (I like the little boops and beeps.) I like about 5 80 songs two but one of them is Insturmental. The Lego Movie's soundtrack was amazing too.
