I might get enough money to buy a 3ds/2ds on december 5th. i'll use the money on december 14th.

I'm going to want to get-

Tomodachi Life
Smash Bros 3ds.
Mario Kart 7
Pokemon Y
Pokemon Alpha Sapphire

but not all at once. i don't know how much i will get. i'm looking to buy...

a 3ds/2ds (i'd prefer 3ds, but a 2ds might be more budget friendly)
super smash bros
a couple amiibos to hold on to until they announce 3ds amiibo compatibility.

within the dec-feb timeline i get the money in december, and new amiibos come out in Feb, which is also my birthday month.

So as far as amiibos go, i'll ONLY buy-

Bowser
Villager
Shulk
Luigi
Wii Fit Trainer
Pikachu
Captain Falcon
Greninja, if he gets one

and maybe Sonic and Meta Knight.


I'd like your advice on other games and amiibos to buy.

dont buy before the new 3ds is out next year... it have huge improvements over the old 3ds. that is my advice to you... now when it comes to games, Tomodachi Life isnt really worth it if your not getting it dead cheap that is. you should definitive add these games on that list, if not check them out if your interested...

Damn, took all three I was going to post. Although, don't play Persona Q until you're familiar with the cast of Persona 3 and 4. It's also $50 for a 3DS game.

Animal Crossing New Leaf, Pokemon X or Y, and Mario Kart 7 are all good choices. But can be expensive. There was two more but I just totally lost them from my brain. I'll have to look at my 3DS game collection for some more good ones.

As for eShop games, if you're a fan of platformers, get Mighty Switch Force 1 and 2, Gunman Clive (great game for only $2), Mutant Mudds, Cave Story, Pokemon Battle Trozei, Azure Striker Gunvolt, and Harmoknight.


Also, plan on getting some eShop credit if you'd like any themes on your 3DS. You start with 5 basic color ones for free, and the rest are $.99 or $1.99.
