I know it's the 4kids dub but that dub was also used, with the same actors saying alternate dialogue, for some of the uncut DVD releases by Funimation.

Okay, let's put this another way: Is the one with cool Japanese music or that 4kids music that never stops playing when it's not required.

It was the best anime of 2013?! wtf?. Seriously, if someone were to watch that not having played the games or even seen a Lets Play, they would have no ****ing clue what is going on. I'm so glad you guys told me to watch a Lets Play before I watched that monstrosity. Of course, I know they had a budget and most anime's based of games are eh, but still. It sucks they had to censor the first execution, I've seen way worse in anime.

I think I could get used to Johnny Yong Bosch as Makoto. And I think J. Michael Tatum as Rei is perfect.
Also Todd Haberkorn has just been announced to be the official dub voice for Haru. I'm not sure how to feel about that tbh.

i never watched free but todd haberkorn voices firo from baccano, aru from mirai nikki, death the kid from soul eater, and ling from fmabrotherhood

^I'm sure Todd Haberkorn will. At first I was a little skeptical but now I'm sure he'll make a great Haru.

Vic Mignogna is also the official dub voice for Rin. Somehow I can't imagine Rin with Vic Mignogna's voice - all I'll be able to hear is Edward Elric and Tamaki Suoh.

i mean, he's a good voice actor, but not for rin. whenever rin is yelling i will only hear edward

yeeaaaah i'm not watching it any time soon. if the main characters are annoying, then it will spoil the whole show for me, and i can see myself hating the main characters. :

my firsts priorities are to catch up to the latest episode of The Legend of Korra, then finish re watching FMA Brotherhood as well as re watching Durarara, then finish Free second season, then start watching Baccano.

also, does anyone know about Tokyo Ghoul? I heard it's another popular anime, and it sounds quite interesting.

I really like Sword Art Online. The first season was really good and the second isn't bad so far. Some people like it, but others don't. I will admit there are a lot of better animes out there, but you might like it. I never cared much for Fairy Tale personally, but it's all based on opinion.

Mikasa's actor is also from Texas so that makes her even less special!

Started watching the Viz dub of Sailor Moon.Pretty good but I ain't a fan of Naru's voice(But it's definitely better then the Brocklyn accent) and I don't know what it is but Momaru's voice bugs me a bit.

^ eh i might check it out later then (probably wont be until like, halfway through 2015)

i've only watched like, the first two episodes lol
