This can be coincidence, but if you look back at the Golden Freddy screenshot he sits on the left side of the room, where the vent is.

Seeing as Golden Freddy is the only animatronic in the game with no endoskeleton, this is a very high chance that it is.

Golden Freddy is just a haunted empty suit

One of the phone calls in FNAF 2 says that someone stole a freddy suit.

If Golden isn't the suit used by the murderer, I don't know what then.

There's (what appears to be) a Purple Freddy suit that can randomly show up in the maintenance. It could just be Golden Freddy, but who knows?

BB attracts the others and disables your lights.

Also, the mask works for everyone but Foxy and The Puppet. Though, I don't see how Freddy can be tricked by looking at himself.

My only concern with the theory about how FNAF 2 is a prequel to the original is that they said it themselves that in 2 that the new animatronics were built with the most up-to-date technology with facial recognition and that they were made more kid-friendly because the old ones were too scary. That's some pretty damn advanced technology for the 80's.

The Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria in the original game was a reopening, and they tried to use the old suits because they fear the 'toy' suits was what caused the problems in the first place. I just don't know... Also, they say it was a 'Grand Re-Opening' in FNAF 2, sooo... I don't really understand it...

So I accedentily got the SAVE THEM minigame after I got killed by Bonnie (old).

Something has been bothering me, why is the Puppet seem very important?

For example, in the minigames you follow him sometimes and he tends to be the one who pops out, is he like the 'evil mastermind' behind the Animatronics? Since this is almost p much confirmed it. if there's a third game i think it will base around the puppet in some fashion.( Honestly doubting a third game happening )

I honestly have no idea what to think of the Marionette.

Perhaps the 5th child that was killed in "give kids cake" and then proceeded to give children a new life as their favorite animatronic or maybe the one who controls the animatronics?

I'm honestly led to believe the puppet was the first victim killed by purple guy in the minigame and he thinks that employees are the murderer (i'm almost sure that the purple guy is the employee considering that he knew how to fully empty a suit of it's endoskeleton)

The "IT'S ME" might mean "IT'S ME WHOM YOU MURDERED" when spoken to you.

To the animatronics, it might mean "IT'S ME WHO GAVE YOU LIFE".

It would be cool if they made a 3rd game. (maybe one that takes place in the present) where the animatronics learn to build themselves and make an army Or maybe go into greater depth with the marionette, idk. just an idea.

Like MoonHorizons said, put the mask on the moment you see them... Always be ready for it, too (like always having the cursor around the lower left of the screen whenever you put the camera down, or even while on the camera/winding up the music box since they can forcefully put it down at random times). There is absolutely no room for error; I'm on night 5, and I've always died by them if I wasn't expecting them, even if I immediately put the mask on afterward. Same thing for old Freddy.

I learned how to beat the first game!!!


Night 1-2

switch on and off on the show stage.

once bonnie moves, keep an eye on it.

when it's 2 rooms away from your office, close the door before you check the camera.

after checking show stage -> pirate cove -> show stage open the door for 1-3 seconds. repeat. (if you wanna take things slow or fast.)

use hall lights.


Night 3

switch on and off on the show stage.

once Chica moves, keep an eye on it.

when it's 2 rooms away from your office, close the door before you check the camera.

after checking show stage -> pirate cove -> show stage open the door for 1 second repeat.

once freddy moves, to the kitchen, don't keep your right door open, close it forever.

don't use hall lights.


Night 4-6

Keep an eye on freddy and foxy, Bonnie and chica will come to your office soon, so watch them periodically.

close the door and open it rarely.

don't use hall lights.

It's just common sense to throw on the mask EVERY SINGLE TIME after you lower the camera. Don't you dare tell me it's repetitive, because 60% of the time... It works... every time

I finally beat Night 2 on the demo.

Going to get the full game when I get the cash.
