Okay guys I had an idea hear me out

Remember that old Dragon Cave RP that a handful of us had going years ago? Back when we were smaller children and we just did not care?

That thing had no coherent plot, it just went with the flow and we did whatever we liked.

What if we did a FR RP with that basis? Obviously limiting the number of dragons we can use so to avoid confusion, but basically instead of having a plot it's just "your dragons in their clans and they make friends and then we create drama etc. etc."

It sounds tough but remember the glory days. So much freedom to be had.

I've been meaning to make a post in the current RP, but I always get intimidated because my posts are so short.

Or I just forget because I swear my brain is breaking.

Short posts are fine! This RP unfortunately seems to have gone slowly, even though the revival did get it somewhere.

That would work great if my clan was not set thousands of years in the future when Flight Rising is nearly abandoned, all the Deities are dead except for a twelfth god, and my clan is filled with demi-gods and the sons of the Lightbringer and the twelfth god, along with psychopaths for hire and Transformers that came out of nowhere and wow this sounds really ridiculous

I'll try to make a post once I don't have a splitting headache.

As a new (not WoW) breeding project, I'm trying to make a Christmasy pair that will make similar babies. This is the goal:

Crimson/emerald/white. Smoke tert for candy cane look and iri/shim for shiny. They won't be ready for Christmas, though.
Right now I'm just trying to breed two compatible parents with the same color, then work on genes (since one might have crystal/secondary).
Why much gem gene scrolls be so expensive? D:

Omg a candy cane breeding pair? Majestic! Oh I know them feels about gem genes. They burn wallets like Satan has a hot stripe club in hell.

should i give her gembond or not? it's the only tert that looks good on her, and i dont really want her to be double-gened forever.

smoke is also an option, but it's a bit too busy with her colours, idk.

the problem is the fact that i sort of want her to stay dark bluish

Time travel? You've got Arcane dragons there right?

That could be great if they know what's coming to the world and everyone around them is desperate to change the timelines.

Also, if it helps, I always thought maybe my progen was an alien who just sort of crashed on the world and was then a confused tiny dragon. I don't know how it all works but something about her says alien.

I myself prefer Pearlcatchers, but then the accent on Spiral works very nicely with the colours.

I think she'd look nice with some contrast. Smoke looks beautiful on her wings. but I dislike how it's all over the place on her chest and head.

Gembond isn't busy, but it's really bright and looks like Halloween candy.

You could wait for a new tertiary gene, but if I had to, I'd picke Smoke. The silk apparel could make her chest less bright, maybe.

I think I said Spiral before, because of the accent, but on second thought, the vest looks really.. weird on the Spiral.

Also, Pearlcatchers are my favorite breed, so you can have my stamp of approval if you pick Pearlcatcher.

I wish there were Scatter Scrolls for just one color. Like "Have a beautiful Midnight-Midnight-Swamp dragon? For x amount of treasure/gems, we can change that swamp for you!" Get what I mean?

I finally started doing descriptions for my dragons.

So far I edited Atera's description and Naoki's new version is on the way.

Other draggies that have descriptions are Zoran, Zenith, Vittora, Viheira, Mavarian, Voxinanis, Rakia and Anniria. Some just have the title for now.

Wow, Atera is eerily similar to Kaon (She doesn't have a description yet, but they're both impulsive and had to steal because they were poor, except that Kaon went from thievery to joining a murderous cult)

But that color makes her look like a Homestuck.

Rather true, I played around in scrying and it is the first thing I've found that looks good with Higure (my random progen). Red just doesn't look that great against the Stonewash body.

Of course right now, she is all basic gene, but I plan for Speckle/Freckle on her.


Spines also worked for a dragon I plan on breeding later on. Her colors were looking odd, but I changed the tert to Spines and it all kinda clicked.

I think we established that long ago, but I couldnt remwmber which one of your dragons was it. XD

I still have to think of clan info. I'm thinking of completely getting rid of the worshiping of the deity and just go with my RP world.
