Yep, it's true. You may think I'm making this nonsense up since I'm known as "that car user" around here, but I have evidence to prove it.

A few days ago I was told by my dad that when the house was built, entire cars were found buried under our land and no one could tell him why they were abandoned there. He wasn't sure all the cars and car parts were removed, until he started digging up old soil in the backyard today.

He found a side-view mirror arm (without the mirror) from a car/truck or even a motorbike that looks like it dates from 1940s-1950s and a chunk of solid curved steel where it looks as if a pipe or a chamber occupies the space. They were found only a meter down from the surface. I'll post pictures once I clean the pieces and hopefully I can get them identified.

I don't have much of an idea why I made this topic. I suppose I wasn't expecting to find anything other than a few small screws, but not definable parts. Have any of you found some surprising old items whilst digging around your house? I heard rare coins are commonly found on properties.

I found toys. Nothing other than that, I believe.

That what I at least think I'm known as. Or something along those lines.

I'll get around to posting the pics tomorrow if I can find something to remove possibly 50+ years of soil.

Da***? O.O I don't know if that was the best find ever or the most disturbing. What type of coffins were they? Were they for human adults or something else? How easy were they to open?

We've found a few old coins, but that's it, I think.

I can't post pics now, you can blame my mother for that. Apparently my belongings are worthless and don't require my permission before they're thrown away. I'm getting real sick of this.

You should have a sit down with her so it won't happen again.

She's a person who can't be reasoned with. Everything is done her way and everyone elses opinion is **** to her. She has massive control freak issues she denies. She just threw away my 35 year old electric keyboard in perfect working order just because I "hadn't used it in a while."

She won't be happy when I throw away her $4000 watch she "hasn't used in a while."
