Dune Bug climbed out of the car, with a grim stare on his face. “We cleared things up. Red, Terrafin and Shroomboom decided to stay here, while everyone else is going with Josh.” said Thomas, looking at the mind-shattered Dune Bug. “Great. Let’s go.” said Dune Bug softly. He turned, and headed for the car. “What’s wrong?” yelled Wallop. “Nothing. Everything is fine. I’m just...” Dune Bug was still talking softly, but getting softer with each word. “Something’s up. You can tell us.” said Jade, getting closer to him. Look in the front seat. You’ll see.” said Dune Bug. He got a little louder. Josh walked over, and opened the car, to see a chopped up Blood. “You killed Blood? How!?” yelled Torch. “I stabbed him with my sword, and then chopped him up with his. It has a name: Solomon.” said Dune Bug. “How can you tell?” asked Flameslinger. “It’s written on the back in small print.” said Scratch. Red climbed up to where Dune Bug was standing. “We’re gonna go. It’s been a great time with y’all, but we’re going to get back to the store.” said the Gilman. “I decided I’m staying with you, Red.” said Cynder. Same went with Cyrus, Fryno, Philip and Guru. “It’s been an honor to be with you all. Eight months ago, things were very different. I happy to say that you guys are family.” said Dune Bug. Everyone gave hugs and goodbyes, and then it was time to take the different pathways.


It’s been nice and peaceful at Josh’s house. The Drow had left, and Josh jammed every device that wasn’t made by him or the group, with left Flade with no recon. There were nineteen Skylanders living at the house with Josh, which included Sunbeam, Hive, and a rebuilt Snow, who was given a paint job similar to a Polar Whirlwind. All of the Skylanders were given their own little apartment, which was basically storage for everything they found. Dune Bug had hung up Solomon on his wall, which looked really nice. Josh examined the sword, and could confirm it was made out of a melted Kaos trap. Among the apartments, Zoo, Dino and Zap decided to bust down their walls and make a fort. It looked liked garbage, because the plan really didn’t work. One of the fallen walls also took a chunk out of Hive’s floor above, which caused some fighting. Strauss and Drobot were given a lab, which was filled with technological goodies. The devoted their time on building stuff using Traps, including melted them and making awesome weapons for the heck of it.

Josh had spent most of his time at work, because the fourth Skylanders came was coming out within a week, and there was a lot that was needed done. The loner was pulled out of the Figures and Coding Department, and put into Management and Shipping. “How many orders are shipping to Langley Falls?” yelled one of the workers, loading a truck. “I don’t know, I’m not really trained in this area of work. Can I go back to my desk?” yelled Josh. “Suck it up, princess.” yelled the worker. Josh sighed, and continued working. [Imaginary camera switches to Josh’s desk.] On Josh’s desk sat a Fling Kong, which had a cool hover-board. It was wearing a small black hoodie, and had no pants. He’s not important now, so let’s move around some more. Also on the desk sat tens of hundreds of Traps, all of which were different designs. The other thing on the desk was a Torch, who sat behind a monitor, forging swords and blades from the Traps. She had a walkie-talkie by her, and it beeped. “Yello. Forge talking.” she said. “How are the weapons coming along?” said a voice. It was Flade. “Doing fine, but I don’t know why you need so many.” said Forge. “For my soldiers. They’re 3D-printed swords are awful, and the hard plastic of the Traps work better.” said Flade. “I’m only going to make a couple more. This is tiring, and I’ve already made hundreds.” said Forge. “YOU’LL MAKE AS MANY AS I SAY YOU WILL!” yelled Flade furiously. “Nope. I work for me, not you. I guess I’ll just keep these swords.” said Forge. She seemed to like messing with Flade. Don’t we all?

I am finally caught up!

Hey everyone! I know this is very slow, with hardly any activity. It's just because I have a ton of things going on, and it's hard to fit this in. But, I am still trying to make a commitment to Shelves.

It's kind of hard trying to continue this because it runs right through Trap Team. So, would you guys like to see the next chapter pick up a month after the release? It will still take place at Josh's, but with the new stuff of TT. I'd appreciate all of you input! Thanks!

Dune Bug got up, and looked out his window. The streets were already packed with Skylanders, moving about, and talking to each other. He turned from the window, and walked downstairs only to see the group at a table. “Morning everyone!” said Dune Bug cheerfully. “Good morning!” everyone happily replied in unison. Flameslinger pulled the seat behind him out for his friend. “How’s it going?” asked Flameslinger. “Just great. I love having this awesome place, filled with Skylanders.” said Dune Bug. He sighed happily, and kicked his feet up to the table. Shard and Torch walked in. Hey guys! We just took out another group of Chompies!” yelled Shard happily. Everyone cheered. Suddenly, the room exploded, leaving everyone into small pieces. Dune Bug was the only one unaffected by the blast.

You see, this is how every day works. Dune Bug ‘wakes up’, has a nice conversation with all of his friends in a new, big world filled with Skylanders, and then a terrible tragedy kills them all. After that, Dune Bug gets up - the second time always being reality - and looks out the window of his little apartment. There’s no busy street bursting with Skylanders at all. Then, he walks downstairs, and sees a couple of his groupies chatting, and pretending to eat cereal. Dune Bug has some issues, and all of this has started with moving into Josh’s house. Things have been nice over the past two months, but none of their experiences are as bright and cheerful as the dream state.

Along with moving into Josh’s house and the alternate reality every morning, Dune Bug has gained many, many problems. He has terrible paranoia, and his blackouts are getting worse. And every time he steps close to the sword (Solomon), he has the urge to kill someone - whether it be Josh or his brethren. Solomon also talks to Dune Bug every once in a while. The two have a nice friendly chat about how to kill someone brutally and how Dune Bug should join the other side. It’s nice to see Dune Bug getting along with others so well.

Jade was with Strauss and Drobot, talking about Dune Bug. “It’s getting worse. We need to sustain him, before he kills someone else.” said Jade. She looked down, remembering Crusher, Snow, and Hive. “I know we need to, but I don’t know how we can do it properly.” said Strauss. “We aren’t killing him, just locking him up-” “And taking all of his memories and plans and emotion out of him.” Drobot cut off Jade. “I don’t want to do it, but it’s our only option. He is talking to that silly sword more and more, and it’s driving me nuts.” said Strauss. “Why don’t I just ask Josh? I’m sure he give a better solution.” said Jade. “No. He’s the one that confirmed that killing Dune Bug - or taking most of his soul away - is the best option.” said Drobot. Jade stomped out of the lab madly, and went off to find Josh.


It was night time, and Dune Bug was the only one awake in the house. “I can’t. I’ve taken out three of those pests, but why do it anymore? Why go off and kill another one? How about I just blow the house up.” said Dune Bug, sitting in the corner. “You must kill more, and do it effectively. You know killing is the only way to make your troubles go away.” he said, in a deeper, darker tone. “NO! IT MAKES THINGS WORSE!” screamed the Skylander. The bellowing seemed to have shaken the whole house. Flameslinger rushed in to help his friend, but was greeted with a black sword to his throat.



So, there were some interesting things in this chapter. Let’s break it down:
Dune Bug is now completely insane, and he’s killed Crusher, Snow and Hive. The voice inside his head tells him killing will make him feel better, but it makes things worse. And as things go bad, the others are planning to execute him.

Oh yeah, there’s also Solomon. Don’t get me started on that.

Head Rush, and she can be really loud.

My vote is High Five, but if he's gonna get in anyway, then my vote goes to Trail Blazer.

Chopper! He can take off that armor stuff he has on the figure, and Drobot can make it actually able to fly by using parts of a toy helicopter (or make something new on Chopper's back that looks like a drone!)
