Just wanted to let everyone with a Biogenik Skylanders Portal Expansion....it works with trap team....and just like swap force portal is to big for cutout...but you can just lay it in there...also you can play traps and use magic items...this is by far my favorite item ever made for skylanders hands down.. (thats why i bought two one to use and another one in the box ready to go if my current one fails)..just wish they would make an official one...can make a video if enuff people would like to see it!

If I may ask: what is that?

It's some mat you can put the portal and 8 Skylanders on and it switches between them without needing to actually lift them and put on the portal. It's been around since SSA or SG I think, but don't quote me on either of those things because I've never seen one in person.

I picked up another one of these on clearance at EB Games in Canada for 9.99.then went to TRU and purchased about 5 legendary deja vu figures..

Id like one, but they these never came out in the US as far as im aware.

I can't find these on Amazon or Ebay. I want one!! I've seen others that look different, anyone know the brand and product name of them? I had no clue these existed. Thought they were just a display for figures and the portal.

I gots me a package from Canada coming with expected delivery date of Tuesday. Getting two for less than what it would have cost to have one shipped to me when these came out. Patience pays off. :D

good to hear you got it for a nice price, but you will still have to get out of the sofa and change the traps...

Naw, that's why I got two. I'm going to rig one up to send the trap signal into the "Trap Hole" of the portal in the other.

Not really, but that would be pretty cool.

That's awesome! How do you switch ?

The buttons on the front or the included remote. It even has a "vs." feature that allows you to use two characters at once (for multi-player, of course).

Well, I shot the company that makes it an e-mail to find out!

Apparently, there's no crazy legal/patent/etc. issue. Simply, Biogenik is a company that makes stuff exclusively for EBGames in Canada. Thus, that's the only place to buy it.

Ebay is always there is you like paying way too much! Lol

I for one have searched EBay for this but come up empty. I don't see why no one from Canada is not selling these on EBay, since they are not sold in the US. Someone could make a nice hobby selling them for $10 profit, I am sure they would get a lot of US buyers - I would buy it.

I, too, could never find someone selling one on eBay when I looked.

This is one of my arguments in favor of folks reselling on eBay - it can help you get things that are simply unavailable to you for whatever reason.

I have checked eBay and Amazon and nothing smh.
