The Yaoi and Yuri is pretty obvious (although that is somewhat banned already so I won't go too much into that)


However one other thing I want absolutely banned from the site is talk about fetishes or stuff of that nature
The noun FETISH has 3 senses:
1. a form of sexual desire in which gratification depends to an abnormal degree on some object or item of clothing or part of the body

2. a charm superstitiously believed to embody magical powers
3. excessive or irrational devotion to some activity


Bolded the specific one to be banned (I guess banning the third meaning would cut down even more "gimmicks" that some users still have, but it isn't really that ban worthy)

Discuss

Is the discussion of fetishes that common to where we need to make a specific rule about it? The rules against pornography and offensive language cover the majority of what would be offensive or against the rules. And the only time I see people ever really discussing such a thing is when people go on a yaoi or yuri spree (which I do agree should be considered pornography).

It's not that common of a thing and any discussion that would get serious about it would go into inappropriate language and therefore break another rule.

I really don't see the issue, I mean I haven't seen it go too far out of bounds to pornographic or out into the common topics. And I really agree with CAV. It's basically covered already.

If you are sick of male on male or female on female kissing action then just ignore the section it is in. Also do you even know what a fetish is? What is so out of ordinary about people of the same sex kissing eachother?

How can one accurately predict something like that when many people hide their sexuality in fear of persecution or harassment?

Not saying that 50% of the world is homosexual or anything like that, but there's no way to record something like this in an accurate way.

Typically "the census" refers the the US one (So I guess it's 2% of people in America, but that's probably more that all of the entire world because we're so accepting of it). Um... many governments fake information to make themselves seem better. Also I have never heard of any census that has asked that kind of question...

In a country that is heavily influenced by Christianity, and the amount of hatred some people may get simply for being gay, I honestly doubt 100% of the people who answered the census gave a legitimate answer.

So you're saying that people are being gay just because it's popular, and to get attention? So... they're faking it?

1. Homophobic does sound like an odd term to describe it, but it applies heavily to people who have a hatred of gay people as well. And if your parents had a hatred of gay people, I doubt you'd want to come out to them or in public either.

2. Because you could've been harassed and disowned by people around you? That's still a thing in the American South to an extent.

There are very many reasons why people are not willing to admit their sexuality. Unfortunately, stuff like this happens everyday.

2. Gay people prefer California. If anything (from what I've seen) they're harassing other people. You should have seen the Chick-Fil-A's. People were waving signs and screaming at people just for eating a chicken sandwich.

1. I tend to use anti-LGBT these days myself, in the say way I say LGBT rights instead of gay rights.

2. That's because Chick-Fil-A came out as anti-LGBT and actively participating. Do I think it deserved as much of a stink as it got? No. Do I think they should've harassed people simply for going in to eat? Absolutely not. And I'm not going to sit here and endorse every single thing the LGBT community does (since there can be genuinely bad people there, like everywhere else).
But they admittedly had a reason to be a little upset.
