No sound from portal

Anyone else lose sound and light from the trap part of the portal? Hoping I can get it fixed, as the game loses a lot of personality without it. It still reads the traps and characters fine. I did check the portal volume and it is set at 50.

Regardless of who responds, this is a call to Activision Support. Time for a replacement.

I had this same issue I contacted Activison and they sent me a new portal.

Did you have to send in your existing portal before they shipped out the replacement portal?
