Someone is stealing my OC [CLOSED]

no, it's not
no matter what you do, your character will never be original. you are going to see other ocs that look exactly like yours, and it does not mean they are stealing it.

It took me awhile to even find the piece in the other guy's gallery because I kept thinking it had black hair instead of the brown I was looking for....
