I believe it was either the first or the second level, it's along the path you take with Buzz. You'll see a platform you can't jump up to, and the gem will be there. If I remember right, if you move south from that spot, there's a platform below that area, with a bounce pad there. Bounce on the bounce pad and while you're in the air, move to the platform with the gem.

Sorry that I'm not too sure on the level :s

It's the first level and just before the "battle" with The Gulper.

What Checkerchairs said about how to get it was correct though.

I tried to use that platform sout. However, I cant reach it in time/I dont make the jump.
Is there any video showcasing how to do this?

Not sure about a single, but you can find him in a Triple Pack, along with Torch and Tidal Wave Gill Grunt (if I remember correctly).
