I recently just found this http://www.photoshoponlinefree.com/

I have Photoshop CS4 now, but I started with PhotoDeluxe. I think any Photoshop related program is good to have and know your way around.

Message me if you have questions, I'm happy to help you out!

You may also want to say something about the focus of this thread. Programs only or extended art community?

Perhaps I should help with programs. Since not everyone has such electronics for some of the programs. Perhaps we should add in the 3DS drawing programs?

Like Colors3D some people use it and it cost $7 (well rounded up of course.)

Yeah I think you should. So people looking for good programs under a certain budget can find such a program.

Here's a few more art programs for the Nintendo 3DS that might be good to add to the list.

  • Comic Workshop
  • Pokemon Art Academy
  • Inchworm Animations

  • Sorry I don't have prices for them.
I think there's one more art program, but I can't remember it right now.

This is a good idea. ^u^

I use Sketchbook Pro for all my art stuff (Idk what to link, but I hope this helps as a good suggestion to add to the list).

Omg you use it too!? Lol

Btw, have the programs Procreate (paid), Adobe Sketch and Adobe Line (both free) that are good ones ^.^

Stickied the thread. Since it is meant to help others find the right art program to make art. With a lot art programs showing up I think it would be a wise idea for it.

Technically there's Photoshop CS2, which has animation features. CS2 was released as freeware and I can confirm it works on a tablet. c:
(It's not the best software as far as animation goes, but it's probably the best you'll find for free.)

EDIT: Almost forgot - for those who are interested, here's a link to a legitimate copy of CS2. I know a different one's already been linked, but this one doesn't specifically require an Adobe account so it's a little easier to download. (Have tested it)
