kuvira turned out to be a piece of **** yeah

i'd been hoping to see more of korra, what she's been doing for three years and if she's okay, but i guess that can wait another week

i thought it was a bit jarring, like yeah i get the time gap but a lot of things just came out of nowhere and i really like prior explanations and buildup and whatnot

too big of a time skip

Actually, I think timeskipping was an excellent narrative choice

kuvira is kinda amazing can't wait to see more of her
i like where this is going honestly
it feels like there was not a very smooth transition with timeskip, but that's how i'd expect it to be...i'm sure things will indeed unravel over time

but also could we please keep all of this legend of korra stuff to one thread, this is not a problem right now but for future reference please!!

-- kuvira uses metal to blindfold people

i like how much is shown that kuvira depends almost exclusively on metal--is very swift, and prefers to dodge instead of take things head-on. she does not seem very close with the basics of her element at all
