Is Mab Lobs Blobbers?

So, looking at the villians and looking at Mab Lobs, I think he's an alternate universe version of the Mabu Blobbers.

Point 1: His name.

MaB lobs

The Mab could stand for Mabu and Blobs, well, Blobbers.

Point 2: People wanted him to be a villian anyway.

Ever since the Skylanders ditched Blobbers back at Cutthroat Carnival back in Giants, people thought Blobbers would want revenge. Looks like Activision would be listening, especially because Chompy Mage from GIANTS returned as well.

Point 3: His voice.

So yeah, I think Mab Blobs is Blobbers from another dimension/realty/universe/whatever.

I know he's in Trap Team, but according to his motto, it seems like he's in another dimension. Presumbly in the Mirror Of Mystery.

Point 1 is wrong because his name is based off a type of book
Point 2 is wrong because Activision wouldnt take an idea like that

I guess that's why Mab Lobs is only from the Mirror of Mystery. He must be the only known Mabu who is evil for obvious reasons.

A good handful of mabu are voiced by Cam Clarke, so the voice doesn't have much to do with it.

He specifically talks about an alternate dimension in his quote, and we know that the mabu are evil in the Mirror of Mystery pack. He might not be an evil Blobbers, but he is definitely an evil mabu.
