This is actually completely subjective even from the woman's point of view. It really only depends on what the woman cares about.

If a woman cares more about having a certain kind of breasts, as opposed to a certain kind of buttocks or not even caring about the latter, then naturally they might still be unhappy with their body if they don't like their breasts, even if they have a great buttocks. I have actually personally met women of the latter description.

Not every person will particularly care about whether or not the body is physically fit and built for vigourous tasks, and having such a body doesn't increase the "chances" of happiness if you don't care to have that sort of thing in the first place.

No, of course having a great ass doesn't automatically mean that you're happy, just as having big boobs doesn't mean that you're unhappy. That's not what I said.

I was talking about what having a great ass implies. It implies physical health. Physical health on the other hand is strongly linked to positivity (energy), minimal mood swings (stabile hormone levels) and confidence (normal bodyweight, healthy skin, etc.).

This doesn't mean that people couldn't have their personal views and values affect their mood, but it is an implication of physical health and thus, indirectly, it is an implication of happiness.

Also, I don't judge women solely by their what their asses look like, it's just what this topic is about, okay? Butts and boobs.
So we're talking about an abstract situation here. It's not like IRL I would have to look at a girl's butt to tell wether she is athletic, average, over/underweight, etc.

Both her butt and likely her breasts are implants. If she felt it necessary to get implants on not one, but both areas, it's rather clear that she was previously unhappy with herself (or at least dissatisfied enough to where she needed to do so).

Even despite physical health she wasn't super happy about her appearance and chose to change it. I'm not trying to make some big point or argument, but I feel like that was worth noting.

We can't really be sure if she's got implants or not. She's got wide hips too so it not impossible that what she's got is natural.

Though I have to admit that I've never really looked into the subject...

Actually, I did look into it now. Apparently she does have butt implants.

But anyway, it's not bodyfat that makes asses look big/good (two traits which don't always go hand in hand), fat makes them ugly and saggy. The butt is pair of muscles, as I'm sure you already know.
