I would much rather pick a woman with a great ass and small boobs, than a woman with large boobs but a flat ass.

And why?

Let's face it, a generally pleasing/attractive human being is both healthy and happy, that's all that is needed really. I call it the "Double H Rule".
Any other trait or "detail" is either an indication of these two traits, or is caused by them either directly or indirectly (personal hygiene, sociality, lack of worries, education, the list goes on and on).

Physical health usually equals mental health. No mental problems usually equals happiness.

A great ass is a strong indicator that a person is physically fit, is not over/underweight, has an otherwise active lifestyle or just generally takes good care of him/herself. And if a person is physically fit there's a big chance that they are also happy.
Therefore it's very reasonable to assume that a person with a great ass would be a more desireable partner than a person (obviously a woman in this case) who has big boobs, which doesn't imply either happiness or physical health.
