Creepy/scary fandom characters? [CLOSED]

Well, the trend starter strikes again.

You guys got any favorite creepy/scary fandom characters?

Personally, 2P!England from the Hetalia fandom kinda creeps me out a bit, just the fact at first he could be all happy-go-lucky and cheerful and polite, and the next moment he could be gutting you alive, stabbing a knife in your back or poisoning you with a cupcake with poison in it *shiver*

Oh my god totally has to be Pavel from Tron: Uprising.
He starts as the wannabe-leader comic relief guy, but then during Rendezvous?
That episode gives me nightmares.
BRIEF SUMMARY:
Beck goes on a date with Paige but their date is soon interrupted by Pavel who throws them in jail, then it turns out he's using a modified disc that strengthens him but corrupts him A LOT.
So then he murders some prisoners end of story

Wait are we going for fan-made (/fandom) or franchise (As canon stuff in the series)?

If we're going for fan-made Definitely Hazen o'Hedge (or Satan o'Hedge. As I like to call him.) and Sanctum (especially Sancy the iNsAnE, his not sane self.)

DragonCamo already beat me to it with Komeada. That guys a ****ing psycho. And it's worse cause he seems like a reasonable person at first.

And Hisoka from Hunter x Hunter. He's also creepy as hell. Mostly due to him talking about being 'turned on' by 12 year old boys.

Honestly, as much as he was a decent surrogate father to Roxas and Xion, the truth remains that he does have a murderous streak and truly is insane and sociopathic even by Nobody standards.

Though seeing
his sister get blown up by a landmine while he was holding her hand trying to get her to safety on a battlefield and looking on as all that remained was her hand in is,
you really can't blame him for being completely psycho and impulsive.

Mao from Code Geass (and Lelouch himself, seriously, he's one of the most twisted and monstrous protagonists ever) too, along with GLaDOS (seriously, the chills she gives, especially towards the end of co-op), Amon from LoK, Koh from ALTA, plenty others.

Marluxia from KH too, a flowery guy with a giant scythe and unsettling placid mannerisms isn't enough, they through in some very disturbing pedo undertones regarding his treatment of a young girl he keeps captive *shudders*

Akito from Akito the Exiled, also. Yeesh, a guy who
resists a direct Geass order to die and then redirects that into forcing him to completely annihilate his opponents
, and the way he looks at the end of Episode 2 when he states how he'll kill
